The staff is friendly and professional! I scheduled four tires and an oil change. They had me ready to go by 10:00am. Prices very competitive. And tires came with rebate and four free oil changes!!!

Very friendly staff, if they believe you need something done to your car they will explain why And make sure you understand. Growing up in an all female household, I Witnessed my mother being told to fix things on the car that did not need fixed just because they thought she would go along with whatever. However, Grismer not only tells what needs done, they do not pressure me to make a decision on the spot. In the roughly 15 years I’ve gone there, there was only one time they stressed importance of replacing a part, and it had something to do with the brakes on one side that was badly rusted and was a major safety concern. Most of the time it is a quick oil change, in and out in an hour or so, but knowing they glance over my car to see if anything looks off makes me feel safer on the roads.

Traveling from NY to Utah with a 30 ft camper and this morning I noticed a soft tire. After a google search I called Grismer and spoke to Patrick who side come in they would be happy to help. Patrick came out of the office himself changed two very questionable tires and had me back on the road in less than an hour. Your helpful kindness and professionalism speaks volumes about your business. Thank you again.

I got a flat tire the day before I called them. They were very personable and respectful. Told me to bring my car right on in. Didn’t try to sell me on getting anything fixed like most places do. And it maybe took 30 minutes for the entire visit. I would definitely recommend.

I have been going to Grismer for years at two different locations and am always treated well by the staff. Eric and Brian at Fairborn and Pat at Springfield are great to work with and know me well. I recommend the services at both locations.

The oil change prices on the website were a bit confusing as I wasn’t sure what kind of oil I needed and ended up needing the more expensive one, which was an unfortunate surprise. However, the service was good. My car’s frame is rusted on the bottom, which I didn’t know, and they ended up needing to use a special lift to change the oil. They only had one of them at the shop but my car was still done in a normal amount of time (about an hour).

Bring your own set of new tires here and get them professionally mounted and balanced. Competitive pricing and quick turnaround. Staff are helpful and nice. Clean waiting area with AC, TV, bathroom, coffee, charging banks, etc.

Very nice staff, and they are always super thorough. If they can find a way to save you money, they will. The repairs were done very quickly for two vehicles with a commercial account (less than 3 days).

Had a nail in my tire on a Saturday morning.
I brought the tire/wheel into Fairborn Grismer, and they fixed it for me free of charge (warranty) within an hour. The experience couldn’t have been easier or faster. The employee who greeted me even walked out to get me in the parking lot when it was done. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience!

These guys really know what’s up , I appreciate the fact that they want the best for the customer. They won’t try and sell you stuff just because . They genuinely care , and I respect them more for always being real and honest with me when it come to details ( whether I need to hear it or not). I will always recommend this facility to people who need a shop to go to.

So much done in a short time. Most places need to schedule time throughout a week and even a few days for labor, but not for these guys it was done in a few hours.. new tires, rotors, break pads, calibers, [ordering parts, applying part labor, flushing the entire break system]

Friendly, fair and fast service. Worked with me to educate and decide the best steps forward and had a no pressure approach. I will be back and I will recommend to anyone. Thanks for your help!

I needed a battery and went to Grismers and they instantly took me right in. A couple months back I had a nail in my tire , and again they took me right in and fixed it. Excellent service and honesty. I relied on their recommendation for replacement tires on my Blazer and honestly, I think the ride is smoother and quieter than the factory tires.

Stopped in hoping to schedule a free oil change and tire rotation. They took it right then. Less than an hour I was back on the road. Friendly staff. Cleanest mechanic shop I've seen in a long time.

Very respectful and honest people I would recommend anyone going there to get work done. Good on price and didn’t try to say anything else was wrong to get more money out of me like other shops do I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future
