Big thanks to the team at the Winter Haven store! Everyone there is so amazing! The cashier took our order quickly and was so nice! As we were getting our drinks my daughter wanted to make sure she got chicken, and I had ordered her a hamburger. Oops! We went right back to the counter hoping it could possibly be changed. The manager named Guy was so kind and made it seem like no big deal even though it was my mistake, and called back to the kitchen to get it changed to quickly! They brought out the correct order just a few minutes later. We like that they bring the food right to the table, and its hot and delicious everytime. When we came back to order our ice cream, he told to us save the “tokens” on the bag and when we got 10 my daughter could come back and get a prize! Everyone there had a friendly attitude and keeps the store so clean! Thank you everyone for being so awesome! My daughter and I love coming to your restaurant because of the awesome service provided by the whole team!

Great place, super clean, excellent customer service. Amazing burger, really delicious food. Salads simple but delicious healthy premium salads. Kids meal even have a ice cream cup for free. I really enjoy this place, it was my first time but what an amazing Experience.

In my opinion, Culver’s is the best fast food place in the United States. Unfortunately, I am not lucky enough to live near one. So, whenever a Culver’s is around where I am traveling I always make sure to stop. I always get the butter burger with fries and their root beer is so good it doesn’t taste like any store bought brand I’ve had. It baffles me how people can choose somewhere like McDonalds over a place as good as this!

I Absolutely Love This Culver's. The Food Is Always Fresh And The Service Is Perfect. There's A Young Lady Name Mary That Works In Drive Thru She Is Truly Amazing. Everytime We Visit She Has A Big Smile On Her Face. She Goes Above To Ensure Our Order Is Correct And We Are Taking Care Of. We Always Look Forward To Seeing Her

I came to Culver’s late about 10 minutes before closing and they were amazing. I went through drive-thru and ordered my food and got my dog a pup cup as well. Until I was told to go forward, I tried to drive but then I started to receive an issue with my car. It was in a forced park as it was a safety feature in a 2018 honda car. I don't know much about cars, especially since this was handed down to me from my mother. But god bless these people, the kindness and support I received from them almost made me cry. Chris thank you for helping me and teaching me something new about my car ❤. God bless everyone who works there. Not only do I love the food but I love the people. I apologize for holding up the line.

Friendly people. Real people that were happy to see us. Not a fan of fast food type restaurants but this restaurant chain does it better or different. We will be back.

My husband and I went to Culver's in Winter Haven this evening for concrete mixers and fries the food and ice cream was awesome they make it the way we like and the fries was good and hot.Customet service was awesome and staff is doing an excellent job preparing meals.I would recommend friends family any anyone who likes good food to eat at Culver's in Winter Haven.Thank

Wao I was amazed how good the food was and the service. The manager even came out asking how was everything. Very clean and organized. Also fulfilling with the social distancing and sanitation.
I left very happy from there. Now this place was in winter haven fl. I will recommend and return to this Culver's.

Love the fish dinner here , not too much batter on the fish and the tartar sauce is good too . The milkshakes are so thick and delicious and so are the concrete mixers , on of my favourite places to eat fish and frozen creamy deserts .

Great fresh fast food. Friendly staff. Clean atmosphere. Owner Operator Jordan is a friendly person who puts team 1st and huge part of the community. General Manager David is friendly, professional, and very involved in making sure every guest is taken care of. Always a great visit. Keep up the great work everyone. We will be back.

I can not say enough good things about this restaurant. It is difficult to find good service and food post covid. We have stopped eating out because the service is so bad. The food and service were great at Culvers. The menu is probably the best I have experienced because of the unique selection they have. Usually have great food & decent service. The Culver's deluxe burger blows other fast food style burgers away. The custard is good too, so glad this opened in SE WH, we will return soon 👊😁❤‼

Update - besides eating here all the time, we dined on Monday 04/17/2023 and another great meal with great SVC. But wanted to mention Jaidyn specifically, excellent customer service from this polite young man. Such a breath of fresh air! Thank you sir and thank you Culvers.

First time in the place and it was a awesome experience. The food was hot and the service was outstanding. The custard was great too .

Fish and burgers are my choice at this clean and friendly place...prices great too and consistently through my weekly visits.

In perspective, Zaxby's is equivalent to Wal Mart, Culver's - Target. No complaints and I will never go to another Zaxby's again because of Culver's.

They make it fresh, so you have to wait for your food... made to order. It's so very worth it. No dried out heat lamp burgers here.

Fantastic service and friendly staff. They where very fast with our order. The cod fish was prepared deliciously.

Great food, but most importantly, excellent services. Employees are fast and professional, and they all seem happy.

Service was pretty good, register issues, but she was nice about it. Wait was a little longer than expected because it wasn't that busy. But all in all the food was great and it was a great experience
