Rite Aid

I use Walgreens all over the country, I travel for work, I love knowing this is my Walgreens. There is not one person at this Walgreens that is EVER rude, short, or just don't want to help. They are busy sometimes but even then they seem to get your prescription ready in a timely manner. I use to use the one in Foley and they are just rude and look for ways NOT to fill your prescription. Best decision I have made in a long time was to leave Foley and start using Robertsdale. I can't say enough good things about this Pharmacy! Thank yall for being so polite and helpful EVERY TIME!

I absolutely love Walgreens and they are so underrated. Robertsdale Walgreens customer service when I went in today was amazing! They were so sweet

Honestly don't leave too many reviews, but there's a lot of negative reviews here and I routinely shop here and haven't had any issues and feel the need to balance it out. No drive through is about the only real negative thing I can say.

I really don't make a lot of comments or do any kind of reviews. But I thought I might start.
I would like to be upfront and honest. I have always went to the Walgreens in Foley. But one day I was to tried to go so I went to the one in Robertsdale. I had very bad experience when it was RiteAid. So they got a new pharmacist her name is Andy. You have meet someone that you felt so comfortable with the first time you meet? Well that is how Andy made me feel. She didn't look at me as 99% of the people do because I have Cerebral Palsy. She looked and listen to every word I said. You just can tell when someone is not paying attention or just don't care. But Andy really does care. She is a beautiful people from the inside out. And she is drop dead gorgeous as well!!! The only thing I would say bad about the Walgreens in Robertsdale is no drive through..

Best place for medical supplies to tackle unexpected injuries (nothing major of course). Staff is very helpful and caring. Great location as well!

Just a big bowl of OK. Kinda old inside, and they're never seems to be anyone around if you need help.

Needs a drive up window and faster cashier's, slow..slow drug store. Pick up is a living nightmare!

Prescriptions are always confirmed over the phone (usually ready in an hour), never seem to be ready when I come in hours later.

Absolute worst pharmacy !!! Do not use. They are slow, will waste days of your time and then argue with the doctor about the medication. Best thing for that ENTIRE pharmacy staff is to be fired! Avoid at all costs!
