Great shop, workers are very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a zero turn from them and planned to pay cash and they offered their finance company with zero interest for I think 30 months. So I put a 3rd down and financed the rest. Don’t know why when I had the cash on me but it just sounded good, lol

The variety of brands is amazing for a small shop and i appreciate them for answering my questions regarding troubleshooting spice of equipment I have had trouble with.

I would just like to say this company is extremely customer focused and a pleasure to deal with. I bought my first Scag from them back in 2005. Several trips for different parts and accessories o er the years and not one bad experience. I went here for a Stihl chainsaw. After Alyssa carefully listened to my needs and asked me several questions, I bought an Echo Timberwolf. I could not be more pleased with this saw. Way to sell me what I needed and not what I wanted! That’s the difference between a good salesperson and a great one! My entire experience was fantastic.

The best lawn mower repair shop in the county. The store is always slam packed, but service with a smile. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. They always seem to have the items we need in stock at the time we need them. Prices vary on products and repair services, but are fair cost for the surrounding area. Repaired my lawnmower promptly and for a reasonable price. Very impresssed.
Would like to add that I brought in another item that they were able to fix in just over 24 hours for a measly $13 and tuned the carburator, too. Thanks to Mike who checked me in and out after the repair. Great guy.

Awesome place! The lady that helped me was SUPER knowledgeable and displayed an impressive amount of integrity today that made this my go to place…..

I had (what I thought) was an issue with my chainsaw, I brought it in with a general idea but nothing specific on what I thought was wrong….most places would have took it to the back, called me two days later and charged a service no matter what…..this lady preceded to take the saw apart on the spot! Informed me that it WASN’T broken just a trick with my particular brand saw and the chain lock…….put it back together and replaced the chain. (Chain was 6+ years old so I got my use)…..only charged me for the chain….in todays world that type of service is rare and greatly appreciated by people like me…..

I was recently looking for a new top handle chainsaw. I was looking at a few options from Echo, seeing as you cannot beat their price to performance. I called in on a Friday to inquire on the models they had available. One of their representatives answered the phone very politely, he asked me what he could help with, and from there we continued to discuss options for the next several minutes. He assured me I was looking at a quality product, provided me with very useful information on several of the models I was interested in; however, he never really tried to sway my decision in one way or the other, which I respected and appreciated. I told him I would be in the following day (Saturday) to view a few of the models and make my decision. Upon arrival I was greeted, welcomed, and given time to look around as needed. Once I settled on the model I preferred, I informed them of my decision, they immediately took the chainsaw and assembled it for me and tested it thoroughly to insure it was functioning properly. They gave me a great deal, so much so I decided to stock up on chains, oil and gas stabilizer there as well. Not to mention they insured that if I ever needed any service done during my 5 year warranty that Echo provides, they are certified and I could bring it there and they would take care of it for me. By the way they treated me they have earned a customer for life and I would absolutely recommend anyone who is looking for any outdoor power equipment to come here, they will treat you right! :-)
