We had to change cell phone carriers as Florida does not have an US Cellular businesses. We met Kira when we went in for pricing. We have been loyal to our carrier for over 20 years. Kira was very helpful. However when we tried to get everything squared away with US Cellular, it was a nightmare. Phones were paid in full but not unlocked in the time frame they stated they would be. Delvin at T-Mobile when out of his way to helps us. We literally had no phones at all until our old carrier unlocked them. Delvin had them call him and had us come back later that day. He walked us through EVERYTHING! Delvin especially and Kira went above and beyond. We got such a great deal! We have never paid so little for phone service. We checked out Verizon and AT&T before making our decision. We have had great service so far with no surprises. I am very happy with how my new service is being handled. T-Mobile is even paying off the majority of our old phones to change to them. Now I am again waiting for US Cellular to do their job and giving me my final bill to submit to T-Mobile. There are fabulous employees at the Sebastian branch. Walter even helped me with a question. Great place!

In a world where good customer service is never a given, this store exceeds the expectation. I spent 4 hours at this store today, something I hate doing but Michael, Jeffrey, and Manager Christian made the time fly by. These 3 gentlemen worked on my order professionally and explained every detail of the phones so I understood what I was getting.

Even when I had an issue with another customer these men stepped in to make sure I was okay.

I hope T-Mobile knows what a great team they have at this location. As a local business manager, I will be recommending them to all my customers.

I found myself in a situation where I had to call over there for assistance getting photos off my iPhone onto my computer. I spoke with Michael who took 30 minutes teaching me how to do it. This excellent customer service inspired me to purchase a new iPhone. After I purchased it I was still having issues so he encouraged me to bring my computer in and he would help me. I brought the computer in and Michael and “the gang” spent 40 minutes with me figuring it out.

I would definitely recommend working with these guys. Not only are they knowledge and thorough but they legitimately care about people. I think everyone should go there to purchase their phone items. :)

I never leave reviews because I always forget but this team here is A+. The manager who's name I will put when I find my receipt, was top notch. I came in need of a phone ASAP since I had broke my phone camping and I wasn't from there. He made an unpleasant circumstance an enjoyable experience. He look at my options and pointed me to the exact phone I needed! I was very touched by the entire store's vibe. While all my data was transferring the rest of the employees were laughing and making jokes. What you did that day made a difference. I was having a rough time with some work circumstances and y'all made things better! I hope you read this. Thank you!

Jacob at the Sebastian FL store provided stellar customer service with a difficult issue with T-Mobile. Jacob took care of this with understanding and patience. I greatky appreciated his assistance highly recommend him as an exception customer service rep.

I Got My Phone In December During A Promotion, However Some How It Was Never Added To My Account. So I Reached Out To T-Mobile Expert Team And Told Them My Problem, Then They Reached Out To The Store To See What Promotion It Was. The Store Was Completely Honest About The Promotion And Now My Phone Bill Is $20 Cheaper, Also T-Mobile Is Going To Give Me A Credit For The Last 4 Months That Promotion Wasn’t Applied. Great Manager, He Really Knows The Products And Services.

Christian was awesome. He answered all our questions and showed us what to do. He showed great patience with us. Sometimes dealing with elderly isn’t easy. Would definitely contact him for any of our concerns.

Extremely nice, and patient customer service, I never felt rushed; they were very knowledgeable on the products, answered all my questions, and concerns. Both sales associates left me happy, satisfied with my new phone, I will 100% recommend.

My husband and I stopped by the store for help with both our phones. My husband has an insurance claim. My phone just needed a new screen protector. Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable. It is always a pleasure to come to this store.

I've dealt with people from metro and 2 different T-mobile stores, this one is awesome, if you get to deal with Haley. They should give her a raise and a promotion.

I had to come to our local store two different times today trying to get to the problem so I could reproduce it so they could see what I was trying to deal with. Mackenzie waited on me unfortunately for her both times, but what a professional and she did an excellent job in trying to work through the problem, but also help me so that we got up and running again. She had a lot of patience and was very professional and knows her stuff! Thank you MacKenzie.

The Manager of the Sebastian FL (32958) location at 13600 US Highway 1 STE 1 (Deviaun) has given us A 1 service with respect and patience. This afternoon, June 15th, I had a major problem loading my wife's phone contacts into my new car. I worked two days on it - unsuccessfully. Exasperated I went to the store on Highway One, and two employees there - William and Christian, each spent more time and effort than I would have ever expected to solve my problem. It is employees like these guys that make using T-mobile an all-round winner!

Bryant was more than helpful. He took the time to get through to my dish internet carrier which i could not. He then made sure they put me back on my previous plan.
