Ed showed up on time and was very informative about the process and the expectations. He was able to revive my old berber carpet where I could sell my house. There were a two spots he went above and beyond to try and clean, but the stains were too set in. I would definitely recommend Zerorez and Ed for any carpet cleaning jobs.

I had them come out today and the guy doing the work was not only friendly, but very knowledgeable about our particular flooring. The before and after was like night and day! (The carpet is supposed to be blue!)I will absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for old fashioned, honest service with high tech cleaning capabilities. I am very pleased with our visit today, and will definitely use them in the future! A+++

I just had my carpets by Ed with Zerorez and am extremely happy with his services and the looks of the carpet he cleaned. Very professional and knowledgeable, even got here earlier than I expected (he called first) and got right to work, protecting all of the corners and anywhere his hose would touch with plastic corner guards. Educated me on carpet cleaning, to be sure! Plan to use him on my next cleaning project!

So glad I called. My dog peed on my brand new mattress while I was out of town. 🤦‍♀ The tech got the stain out of the mattress and made it like it never happened. I had some spots on the carpet from moving in. All the marks came up, and all my carpets look fantastic. I also had my well-loved couches cleaned. They almost look brand new. The best part is my allergies have been abated for at least a few months! The tech was super knowledgeable and has definitely made me a customer for life!

My carpet was so stained from my rescue dog that a local big box store said they wouldn't remove it to replace it. I would have to rip it out myself. That is when I searched and found this company. Ed cleaned my carpet and it looks better than when I bought my house 13 years. No pet stains. No pet odors. And I don't need new carpet. So glad I found this company.

This was by far the best service we’ve gotten in a while!!! ED did an outstanding job cleaning our couches and carpet!!! Overall great experience! The office was nice enough to work with me to squeeze me in the week of so I could have clean carpet before I moved in. The technician was friendly and talked me through the whole process. They finished earlier than estimated and the carpets looked amazing!

We had a great experience. Ed, our technician, was very knowledgeable of carpets and upholstery and the best methods to clean each one. He was very professional and personable. I appreciate that they don’t use any chemicals, only steam, to clean so everything is safe for my baby to crawl on immediately after it was cleaned.

We highly recommend Zerorez Huntsville and Technician Ed for their hard work, integrity, and expertise! We had a serious cat urine issue in one of our rooms and Ed explained in detail the treatment that would give us a clean carpet and no urine smell. Zerorez is a multi-step process and we learned a lot about the longterm effects of untreated or partially treated pet urine and the downside of commercial enzyme products. We now know how to spot clean in a much better way. Our cream microfiber chair and all 4 carpets look and smell brand new! The results were well worth the price!

I was amazed with the entire process that Ed went through to prep and explain each strep and the process of the unique cleaning procedure that Zerorez uses for cleaning carpets as well as other surfaces ( I will be using services for these soon). I am thrilled that there are no chemicals used and I can rest assured my grandbabies are safe crawling around on my carpets. Ed did an exceptional job cleaning stubborn stains and went above and beyond to work magic on an oriental rug that was going to be tossed.
