Jerry Water Damage Restoration Pros of Huntsville

My house was struck by lightning with caused a fire and I worked with Jerry Minor Cleaning & Restoration at the beginning and end of my construction. They were extremely professional and accommodating! They did great on the demo and clean up and saved as many of my personal items as they possibly could. The rugs and larger furniture that needed cleaning was cleaned perfectly! Better than it was before the fire! Helping me move back in, I ran into conflict with my contractors who were the absolute worst, and Josh Minor was able to get my things moved back on the day he said he would overcoming the numerous obstacles that the contractors put in our way. I will forever sing their praises because I cannot thank them enough!!! I'm very close to putting my personal number on here so that people can call me for a longer review!!! THANKS FOR BEING SO GREAT!

I am beyond impressed with this company. I was referred by my insurance agent, Jaclyn Klein with Alfa, and called late last night which was Christmas Day. They told me they would call me back in the morning. I got a phone call before 7:30AM and they were at my house by 9:00AM with a full crew, boxes, and plastic bins. They worked hard all day and made so much progress. While the water damage to our home is devastating, having such a quick response time in these professionals makes a rough time better.

Steven was great, my carpet had stains that I thought would never come out. He was able to remove them all in little time. Great Service! Would recommend them to anyone.
