Our carpet had not been professionally cleaned in several years and was quite dirty. Jaylen did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet as well as three pieces of furniture. He was cordial and professional. Chemical cleaning was so much better than washing the carpet.

I had whole house carpet cleaning. My tech was Keith Harris. He was training someone but I forgot his name. Both were courteous, knowledgeable, and
great to work with. The job they did for me was excellent. They moved a few furniture pieces I was unable to move and took their time to work on a few stubborn stains. Overall great employees that did a
Wonderful job. Will definitely use them again.

I had the pleasure of having Justin as my technician. He was very knowledgeable on the products and the equipment needed to get the job done. He listened to my concerns and was very professional throughout the visit. I had a few paint stains that I was really worried about. My technician was Trey Howell who is very young so truthfully I was skeptical about his lack of experience. However he couldn't have been any better...he knew his job, and he came in and did it very well. He was also very polite, personable and professional. All done, a very good experience.

Justin was very nice and kind. He introduced himself. He told me the company safe dry. I showed him the rooms and he done good quality work.

The 5 star is for the professional who came out to perform the service. His name was Kelton R. He was friendly, on time, and willing to help me with getting the services I needed. However, the price was outrageous. I have never paid this much for three rooms. It was more than triple of what I expected to pay. If it weren’t for the kindness and demeanor of Kelton, I would have refused the job.

Safe & Dry did a great job! They explained the steaming process and discussed the stains that could be removed and those that couldn't, so I knew what to expect. i really appreciate the service they provide!

We definitely had a rough start with the first tech. However, he was on loan from the Nashville office and I would assume will not be ask back to help in Huntsville. So we had to have a different technician come back out the next day but I will say that Justin and Devon saved SafeDry in our eyes! They were amazing our our carpet looks even more amazing! I will for sure be using them again and will make sure that Justin and Devon are my techs!

Keith was very friendly and professional. He identified himself immediately and explained all of my options thoroughly. I just moved in and My biggest issue was pet odors still in the carpets from previous owners. I tried my own carpet cleaning and machines and they just didn’t seem to do it justice. Keith came in and got to work. He even offered to help me move some stuff so that he could clean. He was quick and even the drying time was faster than I thought. My carpets have no more pet odor and they are extra soft. Thank you so much! This was my first experience with professional carpet cleaning and I would definitely recommend them!
