The second best mobile home park in Shingle Springs & Cameron Park. A bit off the beating path but the locals tend to be friendly. They don't have home care or assistance.

Beautiful Park. This park is on both sides of Old French Town Road. There is a clubhouse with kitchen, library, billiard room and exercise room on one side and a pond on the other side. Large park and safe to walk. Friendly people

I visited to look at a home for sale a month or so ago and was impressed with the park manager as well as the residents that stopped by while I was talking to Sandra about what was available. The park is well kept and the community center area has s lot of amenities for gatherings

Senior park in Shingle Springs tucked back on Greenstone Road, giving it more of an "out in the country" feeling whole still being close to all amenities that both Placerville and Cameron Park have to offer. The roads can be a bit confusing inside the larger part of the park. There definitely should have been more guest parking as it can be found speraticly thru out the park, abundant in some areas and sadly lacking in others. Some residents are a bit territorial and feel they run the place overstepping their bounds often, and some have NO regard to how loud they are when they are talking to anyone who walks by their place. Overall, this would be a desirable place to call home if a senior was looking to keep some independence but still be surrounded by others their age. It's a little pricey on the space rent, but it is still a great bargain when compared to other options anywhere in this area.
