Starbucks

There is a barista who works here by the name of Tristan. They are such a joy to interact with. They put a smile on my face every time I talk with them, especially after a monumentally bad day, and I am so grateful to them! This location is so lucky to have them!

Tbh most Starbucks I go to are consistently good so there’s really no way to get a bad review on here unless the service is just bad

I use the drive through almost every day and never had any issues. Coffee tastes good and the baristas are always friendly

Been to this location a couple of times and have been met with great service! I wanted to shout out Mariana. She took my order through the drive in and provided one of the best experiences I’ve had at any Starbucks.

Every time I come here I’m impressed by the service! I dropped my card in the drive threw this morning and the man working the drive threw held my door so I would bump it :)

This Starbucks is fantastic- they make delicious coffee, but the people really make the environment/experience (even if I mostly order for mobile pickup). They always greet you and it's so genuine. Seriously, friendliest Starbucks 10/10 recommend!

Best service and quality coffee

Went to this Starbucks and asked the barista to make her favorite drink and she rocked it out with something not on menu but definitely would have it again!!! On to the next Starbucks !!

One of the best Starbucks in the Austin/Cedar Park area! The Starbucks employees here were wonderful and I felt like they really wanted to make sure my drink was made perfectly. I've been to other Starbucks around this area and sometimes my drink would be too watered down, not sweetened or something just didn't taste right with the coffee. But this Starbucks went above and beyond my expectations, I will definitely be coming back in the future!

One of the best Starbucks I've ever been to. Drive thru people were super nice. And one of the only Starbucks where I don't feel judged when I ask stupid questions, they are always super helpful.

Best Starbucks around. I go to Starbucks in five different cities regularly and this is by far the best run Starbucks I have ever been in! The employees are always friendly. The location is always clean and the staff always seem to take more care then the others.

They were so helpful. I don't go to Starbucks often, but the last time I visited I asked why my chai tea latte sometimes tasted more watery and other times less. The barista informed me it was likely do to the temp at which they heated the milk. So when I visited this location I explained how I wanted the milk warmed vs steamed as that's how the last barista I spoke with discussed it. This woman informed me they actually had a few different settings and asked since it's hot out today you want to try it at the kids temperature. My latte came out perfectly and I was so excited to learn how exactly to request my drink in the future. She didn't get frazzled or upset at my request and had perfect customer service.

I am actually just visiting the Austin area and stopped by this location to order a complicated "tik tok drink" the lady who took my order, Eve/ Evelyn made my day. She was so friendly and most importantly was very happy to take my complicated order. So sad this is not my usual location but if youre in the area i recommend this location and the drink was amazing i must add!

Every time I visit this Starbucks, I'm in a hurry and it's usually during rush hour. But the different teams of employees here are always so awesome. Thanks for taking care of everyone while we're not yet caffeinated.

They're great baristas here. They've always been friendly and helpful. One day I accidentally ordered to the wrong starbucks on the app and they made me my drink anyway when I realized it and showed them my mistaken order!
