Nathan was incredibly helpful in figuring out the cheapest way to ship a few lamps we bought at auction from Leland Little. Great communication and saved us a few hundred dollars on shipping which was what the other pack and ship companies quoted. In addition to that, they are just easy to work with and their price quotes are fair and reasonable. It was a pleasure doing business with this company and I recommend them highly; A++++. I purchased a set of antique china at a nearby auction house. The owner picked up the china, packed it in the most professional manner, and shipped it to me. On arrival every piece had been packed so that it would travel without any problem. During the process he communicated with me about the details, which was very helpful especially during the Christmas season. I cannot say enough about the professional and thorough job that was done to see that I got the china in excellent condition. In addition the packing and shipping cost was very reasonable for the type of job and significantly better than the price I was given through the auction company. Should I buy from the same auction again, I will definitely use Pak Mail. I also recommend them to others who might buy at auction in their area.

Mr. Fortiage, the current owner of this operation, has impressed me with his diligence and hard work. Quotes for shipping a sculpture were provided and emailed to me after closing, later in the evening. The price was fair and I appreciated the extra effort made to explain the packing process, a request I always make when shipping sculpture. The new management of Nathan has transformed the store. He always goes over and above for all our shipping needs. Not only that but working from out of state it's always nice to find someone with great communication and have grown to trust him for all our shipping needs.

I needed last minute services for shipping artwork across the country. Nathan, the owner, took the time and great care to ensure my experience was flawless. He ACTUALLY came to my home two times to helped me drive my artwork to his store because my rental car could not fit the bigger items. It was incredibly helpful! I had many fragile items and was worried about sending them via mail. However, the packaging of my artwork was meticulously packed and everything arrived on time and safe. He was in communication with me the entire time to let me know when the packages were mailed and when to expect delivery. He truly went above and beyond to help me and I am so grateful. This store is the best! If I could I'd give him 20 stars!

I happened to be looking for their opening time when I noticed this rating. I found it odd and read further. In my option, they are a Great, reliable business. Professional efficient employees who always give me every available option, honest delivery timing and assist with packaging. Been a loyal customer for many years. The fact that reviewers have issues with reserved people
doing their jobs makes me laugh. They are absolutely pleasant to me and have in fact, helped me photocopy and organize a number of lengthy legal documents which they weren’t required to do. Also reliable notaries. I’m really not looking for a social “experience” when I ship packages. I’ll take these ladies over forced pleasantries from inexperienced kids any day.

My experience was fantastic. Nathan and Catherine were extremely helpful in providing an estimate for shipping an entire 14 piece place setting of china with all accompanying platters, gravy boat, tea and coffee pots, etc across country to the San Francisco Bay Area and detail exactly how the china would be carefully packed.The final cost beat the estimate and arrived safely exactly on time. Nathan called me to verify some details and texted me updates on the packing process. His communication and follow through was exceptional. I couldn’t have been happier. I will definitely use their services again!

I needed to get a package to Brooklyn, New York and I initially called and spoke to I believe her name was Deb. She was very professional, polite and helpful. I arrived at their location later and Deb assisted me with my request and I received excellent customer service from both ladies in the store. They took the time to explain the processes, my options and costs. I live in Chapel Hill, 15 minutes away but I ‘d rather go here because of the awesome service I received. I highly recommend this location for sending any type of mail. They were fantastic!!!!

I was having difficulty finding a shipper for an oddly sized set of two lamps and was about to give up in frustration. Luckily I called Pak Mail and Nathan was not only able to collect the lamps for shipment but he found a way to pack them perfectly so as to reduce the cost and ensure that they arrived safely. Two days later I had my lamps - after weeks of run-arounds with other shippers. Nathan was beyond professional and was excellent at trouble-shooting issues with the lamp configurations. I was very well pleased and will definitely use them again.

I've enjoyed the convenience of using Pak Mail for the past 14 years, and always had a satisfying experience. I was pleasantly surprised to see they've opened Sundays to help with the holiday rush and have met the new owner who is motivated to make Pak Mail even better. After much frustration regarding a very tedious return label packing situation Debbie took over and helped me to make a decision to consolidate 3 bulky purchases into one box. She did the repacking herself in what would have taken me more than twice as long. I will take all of my packages there.

I have been using this Pakmail store for many years for all my domestic and international packing and shipping needs, copying, notary services and dropping off prepaid packages. They are efficient and knowledge and can give me options with fedex, UPS and USPS. Parking is convenient too. They are always willing to answer my questions and appreciate my business.

Somebody wrote a bad review of this Pak Mail - IGNORE IT. I've been running a mail-order business for about 20 years. This particular Pak Mail is by far the best source in the area for shipping & packing materials (the Pak Mail towards Durham pales by comparison -- and other shipping supplies stores are small & expensive by comparison). They know what they are doing, and their prices are excellent. The staff has been the same for years. They won't bowl you over with kindness, they just do their jobs well. This is the spot to go in the Chapel Hill/Durham area if you are a professional running a mail-order business.
