This place e is always packed, lol, but the friendly staff diligently work through the line with smiles and courteousness. Store is clean and organized, plus the staff knows the services rendered and how to assist the customers in using the service too.

The best experience i had at a ups store. This young lady treated me so well and took care of everything I needed immediately and with out any issues. Thank you for your services this morning it was well worth the drive!

I called needing some information and Trisha picked up my call immediately! After much frustration at another location, she was so helpful and genuine. Every time I go into this store the people are extremely friendly and helpful. I drop off packages about three times a week and have been doing so for a few years. Have not had a single bad experience!

Employees are always super nice, quick and friendly here. They should train the store by Wickham Park.
