It is definitely the best restaurant in HSV, AL. The atmosphere was great! The decor is modern. Our waitress Jaime T was amazing! She greeted us with a big smile. Her knowledge of the menu and her willingness to please us makes her the best server in town! The food was exquisite. From the lamb, to the duck, to the frites! The way the chef mixes colors and flavors makes each meal a unique experience. The selection of drinks, cocktails and wines is superb!

Rae is the best server I’ve had in a long time! She’s super attentive and had the best recommendations for what we were looking for. The drinks we had were so good and refreshing, and the food was phenomenal! We even got to talk to the chef and tell him how great it was. I would definitely recommend spending an evening here and would also recommend asking for Rae as your server!

Culinary Kudos! From the appetizers to the dessert, Revivalist exceeded all our expectations! I’m still dreaming about the Crab and Shrimp Hushpuppies! The meal was absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor. They use the freshest ingredients and make sure each dish is done the right way. Everything was cooked to perfection and plated beautifully. Highly recommend the Confit of Bell & Evans Farm Chicken and the Steak Frites.

The service here is excellent. Our server, Miranda was attentive without being intrusive. The entire staff worked seamlessly together to create a wonderful dining experience. We never had to ask anything twice. From hostess to server to chef everyone was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. We will definitely be back!

Had a great meal with no complaints. The lamb was a good portion size. The tuna was great. Service was good. They said the menu had been recently updated. Liked the theme.

Wow!! What an experience. To start our meal off, we tried the Crab & Shrimp Hushpuppy. It was delightful. Perfectly crisp on the outside and the inner workings of the hushpuppy was so delicious. Under the pups was a remoulade of sorts and it was super tasty. I typically refrain from anything mayonnaise based, but this time was so different.

I tried the New Zealand Rack of Lamb Chops (as pictured) and I ordered a side of Belgian Frites. The meal was incredible. I got the Banana Cream Mason Jar for dessert, which was also super delightful. Overall I’d give the meal 5 stars. The price point was a little high, but expected given the location.

Our server, Nate, did an excellent job taking care of our every need. We will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed our dinner! Nice atmosphere. Tables were a little small for a four top but we didn’t mind being cozy. The food was delicious! I had chef Sam’s shrimp and grits!

Sam the chef prepared an amazing meal. Scallops were perfect and rival any I have ever had in Huntsville. Will be back soon! Jaime our waitress was perfect and waited on our table and recognized the need for our table to pace ourselves so we could enjoy the night and company.

We had Jamie as our server. We came for cocktails and some snack and we were blown away by the ambiance, excellent service, amazing cocktail, and over the top service.

I highly recommend this restaurant and the amazing staff.

Rae is an amazing server!!! She recommended the best ever drinks (cucumbers yum) and the food was delish! Met the chef and he was great also. 12/10 recommend

From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and knew this was about to be an amazing experience. My server Jaime was amazing, she was attentive but not overbearing. I love that she led with telling me the things she loved on the menu. I ended up going with the filet. The filet was cooked to perfection and the carrots and potatoes all melted in my mouth. Everyone was kind and it was an experience that left me in tears of happiness.

Dinner was delicious and the service by Jamie was exceptional. My husband and I enjoyed the autumn salad with salmon. The salmon was perfectly cooked and the salad was one of the best we ever had. My daughter had steak frites and loved every bite. Overall a fantastic experience.

Just stopped in for drinks on Tuesday afternoon so it was fairly quiet. The drinks were great, classy/upscale, and quality. The "I'm Oaxacan Here!" was very enjoyable. Christopher took care of us and was kind enough to share the drink recipe. Would enjoy going back (have not eaten here).

Jamie T is an amazing server and amazing human being! Y’all need to give her a raise, she was a delight and we can’t wait to go back. We went to dinner at Revivalist for my older sister’s birthday and not only did she have one of the best meals she’s had in town, we all had an overall amazing experience. Jaimie T. was our most excellent server! She was spot on with our drinks, appetizers, and entrees, not to mention the desserts. The atmosphere was spectacular, quite cozy as well for our birthday celebration on Sunday. Our table was ready for us in the location we requested in the reservation. The duck was delicious, as was the rack of lamb. We would most definitely go back.

I just moved here and stopped into this beautiful establishment for a drink with a new friend. We sat at the bar and I had the most incredible experience. The drink was unlike anything I’ve ever had! I forgot the name of it, but it had a frothy egg and edible flower on top. The bartender, Phil, was friendly and knowledgeable with quick service. I watched him take care of every single person at his bar with care and ease. Will definitely be back!

We celebrated our 34th anniversary last night at The Revivalist, and wow! Our server, Jamie, was the best- her recommendations were all spectacular, her attentiveness was beautifully balanced to give us lots of time to savor the meal and wine with few interruptions. And we shared some laughs too! And both my husband and I noticed that the menu has changed, and Jamie shared that a new chef, Chef Sam, has taken over and revitalized the menu. I had the wedge salad and the scallops- and truly the best wedge salad I’ve had, and the scallops over a sweet corn base were exquisite! My husband had the strawberry salad and the salmon, and he raved about both as well. Topped it off with a strawberry dessert that was more delicious than the description promised! The Revivalist is our new favorite go to in Huntsville. If you’ve been before Chef Sam took over, you must come again- Huntsville is lucky to have the level of culinary expertise and impeccable service we experienced!

We celebrated our anniversary here & had the most wonderful time! Our server was Ray, and she truly was a little ray of sunshine!! All of our drinks and dishes were absolutely perfect! And the service really was absolutely perfect as well!! We are so happy we chose the Revivalist for our special evening.

Excellent dinner. A really nice option for quality food and inspired dishes in Huntsville which is hard to find. Halibut special was very well done. Shout out to Rae for taking great care of us and making great recommendations. Spot on descriptions 😉. Great experience with front of house hosts as well. Will be returning and recommending.

Overall great experience thanks to our server. Rachel was our server and she was by far the best sever we have ever had there! She was so knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had, not to mention she had such a fun personality. I hope we get her as our sever again next time!
