He went the extra mile helping me source a replacement screen for my Motorola 5G Stylus smartphone. He even brought out a comparable unit to show me which option would be best for my project!

Some other repair shops have been unhelpful or even rude to me and quoted me absurd prices once they find out I DIY. Tony took extra time to search his (exclusively U.S.-based) vendors' stock for my out-of-production part. He was so honest about his pricing, he even told me the wholesale rate. (Retailers never do that!) And he also arranged to get my part shipped overnight!

Great quick service. I knew what I wanted my hard drive to do, and Tony knew what I needed. My old hard drive was very outdated, he let me know that if he had the software I wanted to the hard drive I had it wouldn't run right. So he helped me out with a hard drive that works for our family. He has also looked a few other items for us, will be working on them soon. I will recommend Zam to everyone I know.
