Franklin County Clerk

Clerk was very helpful even walking me down to another office to finish what I was there for.

The city clerk Kip thinks that the county building is his and anyone who comes in is HIS customer and he can do what he wants in HIS BUILDING this unhinged man has no business working for us the public!!! This whole building needs to be fired and bring in new public SERVANTS they get these jobs and work there so long they start to believe those are their buildings and they can do and set rules they want!! Not how it works Kip I really hope someone sues you one day and that old hag at the front desk I do believe if the cameras weren’t on they would’ve used racial slurs!!!! Get these people out of OUR building ‼

Beautiful building but many unprofessional people. I see you guys know of the county clerk. He is AWFUL! He walks around with a chip on his shoulder and he's so fake! He will be nice as pie to certain people that go in there and then there's some he's extremely rude to. I'm shocked he still works there. He's a 🫏 kisser 💋

Wow a 1.3 rating ! It’s probably because your county clerk doesn’t respect our constitution. That is crazy that the higher officials allow this man to act like that as a public servant . This is the next person/people that we the people need to hold accountable. We will be seeing you all soon with cameras by the way .

I usually never want to see people lose their job. The county clerk who thinks it’s ok to put his hands on a member of the public does not deserve to work for the public. You can’t go around enforcing your opinion. Know your job and your roll. This is shameful hopefully this man is no longer employed.
