This is a husband and wife team that are most friendly and easy to work with. Best of all, their prices are very reasonable.

My husband and I recently took our all-in-one to them. We were having a lot of issues and it was to the point that we were no longer able to use it.

After their evaluation they informed us we were out of memory. They gave us a couple of options to choose how to proceed. We talked about it and chose to purchase a new HP all-in-one. Ours was so old it wasn't worth fixing.

We are VERY pleased with the service that we received and highly recommend them to anyone else in need of such.

Office Depot serviced our laptops last year and the results were a nightmare. So, we gave David and Tina a try. Work was excellent, price was fair, service was friendly. Tina even helped us out when my wife's phone went on the blink. These folks are knowledgeable and do their work well. So glad they are in our area.

Very humble and friendly people. I needed to have a larger hard drive installed on my laptop and have the files and OS from the original transferred to the larger hard drive. I tried to do it myself but in my very limited expertise I fell short. I called up Dr. Computer and they invited me over. Less than a day later they had me sorted and for a very reasonable fee. I couldn't be more happy with the experience, and especially with that of a small local business. There's no telling what Geek Squad would have charged and how long it would have taken. Several months ago Tina helped me with my Toshiba laptop. It's 9 years old and starting to show it's age. She was professional, friendly and did a great job. She was very reasonably priced and went the extra mile. She also gave me recommendations to purchase a new computer and I followed that advice. In fact, she's going to help me get it up and running very soon. I highly recommend these folks.

Very straightforward and kind people, they were very patient with me over the phone and walked me through all the trouble shoots. Had a fun conversation about some Minecraft stories and got my PC fixed with no issues. I will definitely be coming to them first for any future issues I have with any electronics and I advise you do the same.

It's been years since I had a computer, and I had forgotten so much. A couple weeks ago, I purchased a used laptop from Tina. I made some blunders when I downloaded programs to OneDrive which caused some serious configuration issues on my laptop. Today Tina worked remotely for quite awhile on my computer before resolving the problem. She also patiently described to me how the problem was created and what could be done to avoid further issues. Tina walked me though some things to help me refamiliarized myself with computers and the Internet, all at no cost. David was wonderful also. I am now another of their many loyal customers.

I called David on a Saturday to get a quote for pricing, he was out if town but told me to come over on Sunday, his normal day off. I went and he diagnosed my pc for free, told me what he thought was wrong and asked me if I felt comfortable fixing it. I ordered the part and changed it out and my pc works again. This man is amazing and didn't try to screw me over like some have. I highly recommend giving him a call for all of your pc needs. Plus you are supporting a small business and not some corporation that does not care about you.

Sometimes you just have to go with your instincts and see how it turns out. I read some reviews and decided to go with Dr. Computer was great! If you have a sick computer or a new one you need set up - give them a call.

It's just a home business, apparently with a good reputation, and frequently open late. Quoted price added for routine disc data recovery $20. We'll see. In spite of being gun owners, they don't claim experience with shot up laptops. Worth the pain of getting back to edit the review which google insisted on at the beginning, they recovered my laptop from a faulty microsoft update right away.

All I needed was a new charger. They went out of their way to order me the right 1. Kept me updated on what they were doing. Didn't try and push me for things I didn't need. Very nice family. I will use them again.
