We definitely miss our GameStop in Merritt Island. But it's always a pleasure to drive to Cocoa to see Jamal and the crew there. Had a return from a different store from Jacksonville FL.Jamal was awesome,called customer service and handlled everthing,went ahead and got 3 more games while I was there .can't say enough how good he was!!!very happy customer

I'm not really sure how they're still open, but they usually have a fair section of older console games.

They were very helpful had knowledge of what I wanted to get I forget his name but it was a young male with glasses i was there about a week ago but pretty much I was going to get a VR headset and I explained to him I never tried it before and he explained it the best he could and talked me out of it to go try it out at this place of Merritt Island which I did but pretty much he definitely wasn't only interested in selling stuff he actually cared if the device worked for me or not. Definitely recommend.

Really great staff at this store. It was busy the day I was there, and the two people there were able to help everyone who needed it. Organized and well-merchandized-it's clear that they stay on top of things, as it's easy for game stores to feel a bit like my hall closet!

All you gotta do is ask and that are very helpful. If they don't carry what your looking for they can order it or direct you to another location.never had a bad experience

This place is great! I always feel as if they like me there... I don't visit often, but it is always a special trip to visit GameStop. I always find it fun to find out how they rate different games I may not have played, or might be wanting to purchase.

The store was relatively well kept, relative to other GameStop locations I've visited. The location is convenient, located by the Walmart supercenter.

What really caught my attention was the staff and how friendly and helpful they were. It was such a smooth interaction and I was listened to all the way. Amazing customer service, this is one of the top GameStop locations I've visited, and I've visited several.

This is my favorite Gamestop in the county. I have been going to this one since they have opened and I have gone to many of the other ones as well over the years. This one is always the friendliest and most knowledgeable of all of them. Even during the really busy times, you don't usually wait very long. Love this store and all their employees!
