AT&T Store

2/03/24 I went there in hopes that I could get help setting up my IPad and met with Madi who was pleasant and patient with me

My phone suddenly stopped working, it went straight to the AT&T screen and nothing I did would get it started again. I was texting with my granddaughter and she was sending me pictures of my great granddaughter so it was very important that i get this fixed. I went into the store and the salesman Kane was extremely helpful and had my phone working again within 10 minutes. I am so very grateful to this young man.

They were so quick and helpful. There was some confusion from a previous store and call, but they were able to rectify the situation. If something wasn't showing, they put in the effort to call and check/correct!

I've been coming here for years and I will continue to do so thanks to their short wait time and excellent customer service. I recommend this store every chance I get!

UPDATE: I wrote my initial review 6 years ago and I’m glad to say that although the staff has changed their hospitality and moral has not. Today I watched Kain effortlessly work with customer after customer while helping me upgrade and he never appeared rude or disgruntled. He even took his time and assisted a disabled woman with a traditional watch. I appreciate him and will continue to frequent his establishment.

Great experience. Byron helped me get service as well as providing great information about the promotions and offers. My first time going into an AT&T I will definitely be back. The Clearlake store is awesome

All I can say is WOW, Verizon better watch out! This AT&T store is awesome! I went in the store expecting the run around and deceit that I have received in the past from Verizon.
Nick, the assistant manager listened intently to what I was saying, and was very patient while I told him what I wanted, and expected to happen. I just wanted to port over our existing phones and not purchase any new devices.
I have never had the royal treatment like I received from Nick. I had lots of questions and he never wavered once. He didn't use any kind of high pressure tactics, and listened to what I wanted/needed. He is assistant manager of this store, and in my opinion, should be promoted ASAP. You just don't get this kind of customer service any more.
I ended up leaving 2 hours later with a good feeling, a new friend, a new S7 Edge (FREE with bill credits) AND a free TAB E tablet.
Thank you Nick, and the rest of the staff for making my experience fun, and exciting .
Verizon could take a lesson here, we were lied to and ripped off our last visit to the Merritt Island Verizon store. They lost a 14 year customer because of the honesty and integrity of this AT&T team!!

Samantha was the best sales rep I've ever had! She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and answered ALL of my questions, which were a lot of questions! The store manager Sage was also extremely helpful as well! They both deserve a raise! I would recommend this store to everyone!

I bought a new phone on 9/12/20, I had trouble with my phone and it needed a charge, the port was broke. I was afraid that getting a new phone without my information on old phone was not good. I tried different stores and didn't get my Answer so I went to the Coco store and was waited on by Angel Perez. Very nice young man he put my phone on a wireless charger got all my information a d help me through my new phone and downloading all my information. Very tentative and helpful. I ended up with more data and same price, put me on the 55 plan, great store great Salesperson.

This store in general has always helped me with any of my needs or concerns. I am always highly impressed with the assistance from these people! I have been a long time customer of AT&T and to this day I always dread purchasing a new phone. This store has been amazing enough to replace my broken phone recently and SAVE MONEY ON MY BILL!!! I couldn’t believe it, even with a new phone! You seriously have to give these people a chance. They are not all sharks! Thank you to the whole team @ cocoa store!!!!!

Byron was knowledgeable and presented the information in a clear, easily understood manner. He was able to guide me with spot on pricing and spec details. The other tech, Kain, actually did the the phone swap over and was on point. If you have any AT&T phone problems, they are the ones to see.

I want to thank Nicolas at the Cocoa store for helping me get a new phone set up. I dropped mine in the lake last night, lost a tremendous amount of priceless family photos, all my contacts, and in 1/2 hours, he had all my photos restored, and had restored my contacts also! I was blessed abundantly more than I could ask or think with the incredible service he gave! Thank you!!!!!

I had such a wonderful experience because of the agent that took care of me at the store she made sure that everything I was looking for was handled and she made sure I got a great phone at a great price so thank you very much have a nice day Alicia

Amazing staff and amazing service. The story manager ( sage I believe) is always informative, kind, and makes sure any situation is handled as quick as possible. I'd go outta my way to go to this store even tho there's another store closer just because of his and everyone's service. I'd give 6 stars if I could

I cannot say enough good things about this location, especially Nick. I came in back in April, choosing this location because it was smaller and (hopefully) not a long wait. Nick was right there. My phone was a "dinosaur" and was on it's last leg. He assisted with all of my questions, lead me to a new phone that was right for me and what I need to use a smartphone for. He took his time, I did not feel rushed and he made sure I was satisfied with all of my decisions before anything became final. His personality - his exceptional ability at customer service - and his over-all attitude helped make it a very good day, but mostly, a very pleasant purchasing experience.

Staff is AMAZING ! SAMATHA IS THE BEST REP EVER ! She was very knowledgeable with every single question, concern , comment or ANYTHING I've ever had. She literally deserves a raise !!! (; ! I will continue to do business with this location staff always seems to please me and turn my day around no matter what ! Great job staff .

Tech guru Nicolas has been super helpful with support. He is the only reason I am still with AT&T!!! Very grateful for his help when I can't find my way through the system after yet another "upgrade".

This will probably be the one and only review I'll ever do but I just have to give this store store credit because I went in there hot and I left with abandoned new phone and saving money on my plan too. Now that I've seen my new bill with my own eyes, I just have to say THANK YOU.

Nicolas was who helped me with everything he was very nice and did it very quick with no problems he kept a smile on me and my grandmothers face I would recommend him to any of my friends if they were to ask for advice on coming here I definitely will come back and use his service again he really made my day better .
