I was honestly stunned at how quickly I was able to conduct my business. I walked in, got my ticket, and had barely sat down before my number was called. From walking in the door to walking back out with everything I needed was maybe 15 minutes. I never had a better experience at any other government institution. Well done!

Wow that was fast! Gone are the days of long lines and wait times. I pulled in with what I thought was a full parking lot. Went in to renew my Star ID. The kiosk gave me a ticket and looked for a seat but was called immediately to go back. The lady behind the counter was friendly and inviting. I presented her with my information and had my photo taken. It took all of ten minutes to walk in and out.

That was by far the easiest experience I have ever had in getting registration and tags done for a vehicle off of Redstone arsenal. As soon as I entered my information in the computer system the ticket printed and I was already told to go inside to the window where they reviewed my paperwork asked me a couple questions and I was done with new registration within less than 10 minutes!!! Somehow, somebody, somewhere got it right and figured out how to do it!!!!

Went on a Tuesday at lunch time to title and tag my new truck. Pleasant and efficient from the time I walked in to the Customer service to done and out the door in 30 minutes. I had heard stories of long wait times, but the waiting area was maybe half full and moved fairly quickly. Overall a great experience.

I have came there for both my tag renewal and license on two separate occasions. I was always in and out in less than 10 minutes. Would highly recommend this office because if the short wait and proficiency of the clerks. 👍

In and out in 20 mins for a Tag renewal. When I got my number they were on 804 and my number was 876! The Officers at the door were funny and kind. The woman that helped me was very quick and efficient. They offer many other services as well such as a Tax assessor, passports, homestead ect.

First time there for a passport after Wynn drive canceled my appointment last minute. Was in and out in no time. Seems like a very efficent operation. Good experience.

I arrived here at 820 on a Monday and it took me till about 845 to see someone ...

I then had to return because I forgot some documents. The second time I showed up was 930. I was seen immediately and didn't have to wait.

Went to downtown court house. Ramp up onto concourse was steep, but son pushed me up. Several sheriff deputies were at entrance. One opened and held open door for me. Another checked me while in my wheelchair. Everyone was helpful. I went to Probate Judges office to establish a LLC. Very helpful young ladies there. Was able to check all my documents and charged the $ 73.25 for them to throughput my documents to Alabama Secretary of State. Received paperwork which showed the County recording page for my Articles of Organization. Good experience. Local government in action.

For the amount of people that go in there, they move pretty quickly. They also can do car registration online now from what I seen on their TV.

Everytime I go get a tag or in this case license, it's always for me quit & easy . So much easier than it used to be .

4 stars because my tags went up in cost from last years
But 5 stars ..... In and out in about 5 min from the time i got my check in ticket

Amazing service!! A+ When you go in you will realize why it is so efficient.

I went early in the morning and only took 10 minutes total to get in and out. Staff was helpful and answered my few questions.

Great customer service. I went to register a car and it was easy and smooth. 15 mins later after out arrival they gave me the car plate and registration papers.

Always kind. Mark Craig's office and staff are always helpful and kind. Usually a long line here and they are so patient.

Always get in and out fast and efficient.

Waiting wasn't long and everything went great. Love this new place...
