Just Off Broadway Theatre

First visit to this location. It is a smaller, surround stage seating environment. Their performance of Who's Afraid of Virginia Wolfe was intense as the novel and movie. I applaud the actors that re created the whole of this story using one setting in the home of George and Martha.

A hidden jewel which is a great venue that's cozy, intimate and inviting for audiences and performers.

Went for the first time last night to see a Fringe play. Clean theater and restrooms, concession stand has a nice variety, and we were allowed to bring the items purchased from the food truck into the blue room to eat before the show. Great experience. Oh, and the play was enjoyable 😊... Go Fringe!

Loved the intimate setting every seat had a good view and they were comfortable!!! The public areas were welcoming the staff was helpful, courteous and friendly. Very Much enjoyed the play considering becoming a season ticket holder!!

Went to my first Fringe performance at first time at the Off Broadway Theatre. What a great time. I'm disappointed in myself for not checking it out before. Really cozy venue with very comfortable seating. Wish I had attended many of the Fringe performances. I will watch for upcoming opportunities.

Very nice intimate setting, only about 4 rows so you really get to the actor's faces. Every show I have seen there has been worth seeing again!

This is a great place to see a play in an intimate setting. I was there for the Fringe Festival and the staff was very welcoming. I will be back to see more productions in the future. This is a real gem of Kansas City.

Off Broadway was a better experience than we experienced in New York on Broadway! Pleasantly surprised of the quality of actors we saw. This is a true Gem without experiencing the Rough! A must see and experience all segments of Kansas City should see. Quality experience no doubt!

Wonderful acting of a delightful script. Fine musical accompanyment all well coordinated. A small, intimate theater that allows the audience to feel the actors are personally talking to them. High professional quality.

Such a beautiful place! I enjoyed the show with a cup of wine. They're getting new chairs soon. Definitely coming back!

Saw A Raisin in the Sun, what an AMAZING production!!!! It was seamless and such chemistry!! I truly enjoyed myself and meeting the cast was a great surprise!!
