Was quiet and only a few people there. Waitress was on me fast with a menu and asking about my drink choice. Asked for, and got, a RARE 20oz NY Strip, stuffed potato, a salad, and a Miller....was asked if I wanted a mug or a copy, and I thought that was cool...got the cozy, salad came with good greens and not just iceberg, and within ten minutes I had my perfectly cooked steak with grilled onions and the stuffed potato. Wasn't a fan of the roll....i feel like it was deep fried or something similar, and the grease flavor wasn't pleasant. Almost finished it all as it was a lot. For what I got, price was quite fair.

This place came highly recommended by a friend, Joey Blanchard. It’s a quaint family owned and operated restaurant that serves local comfort food quickly and with friendly and attentive service! There were so many food options available and the lunchtime clientele was comprised of local residents. Everyone knew everyone else there and it was packed! The food was fantastic, served quickly, unpretentious, and made with love! Everything we ordered was amazing! I ordered the lunch special of a 1/2 shrimp po’boy sandwich and the chicken and sausage gumbo. We also I had the gator bite appetizer, which was incredible! This little gem is one of the many best kept local secrets in the area! You just have to visit here! You won’t be disappointed!

I had a seafood platter. It was very good. The stuffed potato is very good. The service was great.

Absolutely wonderful place!!! Fabulous food, seafood fresh and delicious,?and great and friendly service!!! The Cajun way baby🥰. We sat outside with our pup in a stunning sunshiney, cool winter day. Doesn’t get any better than this!

Fantastic gumbo - some of the best in LA!! Good po-boys. Quick service. Not too crowded. Lots of menu options. Would recommend giving this place a try if you are in the area.

Excellent good with an accommodating staff and a simple down home atmosphere. One of the only places to get both good fried crawfish AND a good solid steak. A Mother's Day tradition for the locals. I had a 20 oz NY Strip steak medium rare. Comes with a refreshing salad, a side (the stuffed potato is packed with flavor) and a nice roll.

Service was great, the girls in there are happy and having fun! Was recommended to get the blackened catfish and it was AMAZING!! will be back my next time through

MY FAVORITE CRAWFISH ON THE PLANET! They do all you can eat crawfish for $21. No that is not a typo and the size of these are insanely big. It is worth the drive for me to come from Shreveport to eat here. I normally have a great little server too... her name left me at the moment but she is a young blonde headed lady. ****BOTTOM LINE < Eat the crawfish and you will have a GREAT EXPERIENCE****

This was my third time coming and as usual food and service was awesome! Had the hamburger steak and it was really good ... also got bread pudding to go and yum! Definitely will be back again!

They have some great tasting seafood. Their stuffed shrimp and crabs are to die for. Fried shrimp, catfish and oysters are great too. They serve a buffet with a large variety of seafood. Even have boiled seafood in season. But if course if you aren't a seafood eater you can always get a hamburger or a big juicy scrumptious steak cooked to your liking. They have live entertainment sometimes which is awesome and the servers are very pleasant. It's a great place to go with your family, friends or a special date night out. Go enjoy..

Service was excellent even though there was a huge crowd (3 C's band + a Christmas party upstairs) and food was flavorful.
