This location is INCREDIBLE! I called earlier today and Terry answered my call and was very helpful with my questions. Then when I came in tonight, both Willy and Debbie were absolutely wonderful! The team at this location is honestly great. Thank you all so much! ♡

Many thanks to Debbie for helping me out for the battery, she really deserves to have the pay raise,as she is very proficient in her work, I highly recommend for her great service.

After work this evening, I drove straight to my local AutoZone at 8302 Sheldon Rd in Tampa because my battery light was on the whole ride home from work & my car was leaking coolant. Lucas at AutoZone came to my rescue replacing the dying battery & the broken coolant hose. Lucas was friendly, knowledgeable about my car & knew how to make the repairs. Thanks to him, I will be able to drive to work tomorrow & not have to take time off. AutoZone is lucky to have him as an employee.

While I was waiting inside for Lucas to replace the parts, I met another employee, Debbie, who was also very friendly & gave great customer service to all the customers that walked in. I will definitely continue to go back to the AutoZone at this location because I was very impressed by their great employees.

Debbie deserves a pay increase, was extremely patient and even showed us how to change the battery per our request. Will definitely return to this store again!

Bernard, a great guy helped with services that my mechanic was supposed to do. After almost $700 in charges for a tune-up came here to find out that wasn't taken cared like was in supposed to.

The service here is top notch. If they don't have a part they will check around for it or help order it. I ordered a lower radiator hose for my car on line and it was the wrong one. They helped find the correct hose for me Dee is super nice. She remembers me and my wife. Helped me find the correct vacuum hose I needed. I liked this store because I can walk here and Dee remembers us.

Had a great experience at this store. Nino and Dee were excellent! They were so kind and very professional. They got my car back in shape and running in no time! 10/10 would recommend.

Talk to Dee, she is a real person who sincerely cares about you and your needs just like family.

Auto zone always has the parts I need. I go to this location often and recently Joe O has been very helpful with getting me back on road. He’s got a great attitude very knowledgeable and will definitely be back to this location for his expertise.

Everyone at this location was awesome! Edwin T. was very helpful, he saw me struggling trying to change my headlight and was able to help me with no questions asked. He made sure my light was connected properly and worked before I drove away. Great staff.

EDWIN T is a very great guy at this particular store. The best customer service i have ever had. Detailed, very diligent and efficient with strong inter-personal skills, i will definitely be going back to this store as long as EDWIN is there with that positive energy. My serpentine belt broke and we arrived with 6 minutes before they were closing for the night. I don't know the gentleman's name who waited on me but he was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to make sure that I was taken care of even though it was past the closing time before we finished checking out. The belt was correct and when we installed it first thing the next morning it was perfect!

I needed some new wiper blades. Associate was super helpful with selection, recommendation on options, and performance. They also installed them for me. Manager came to assist, as my vehicle is a bit tricky. They got it figured out quickly and professionally. Outstanding customer service.
