A Perfect Start Learning Center

A Perfect Start Learning Center is Home! My now 11 year old attended this center 11 years ago and my two youngest children attends this center in the present! I could not take my kids anywhere else trust plays a big part in my choice to stay! The curriculum here is exceptional and even the children’s menu for breakfast, lunch, and snack are healthy and fulfilling. We have an app to tell us everything about our child’s day but trust is such a pure thing here I do not WORRY! I want to take the time and appreciate APSLC and say thank you because it is not easy leaving your kids with someone that is not you!

First off I wanna say Ms Connie is the best. When I first toured the school I was very nervous and she made me feel so welcomed and like family. And after a year and a half I’ve never not once had that feeling. Second, my daughter has thrived because of this school. She is so smart and I have the school to thank for that. They have taught her so much and everyday she shows me something new. I am truly amazed by the staff. Thank you so much for helping my daughter excel.

This center has taken care of both my children which totals over 10 years of great service. Ms Ashley and Ms Connie have gone over and beyond to have this center at such a high standard. This daycare will prepare your children for life outside of daycare as well once they start Kindergarten. I recommend this center to anyone looking for a great daycare for their children. They have longevity in teachers who have all been here for years.

A Perfect Start Learning Center is a very great facility. My child has been attending this daycare for a year and her progress is amazing. The staff really cares about our children and you can feel the passion they have for caring for our children and their development.

My grandson attends this center in the climbers class. He was very much closed in. Not wanting to share with others and is very picky with eating. I told his teachers about my concerns with his eating issues and they sprung into Action. Ms.Kiana and Ms.Lexus has made a huge impact on his life within a short period of time. He has only been at this center for 3-4 months and I’ve already seen a huge progress. I had one incident at this center and voiced my concern. Man when i tell you Ms.Connie and the owner sprung into action and it was resolved immediately. I Thank God for the opportunity to have him in a loving center where people care. I can’t Thank you all enough. May God continue to proper you in all that you do!

My child started here at 3 months old and boy was I nervous. Mrs. Ashley and her staff made me feel so comfortable about her being in daycare and reinsured me that she is well taking care of. In 2018 I became an employee here and has been here for 6 now. This has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had and I had learned so much by working here. APSLC is a must recommend to all parents.

This daycare is everything you ask for! Family atmosphere, clean environment, and very intelligent teachers! They will help develop your child's minds and help develop healthy everyday habits!

As an educator for 35 yrs., having graduated from an H.B.C.U. (M.V.S.U.) and the Univ. of Wisconsin - Madison, without question I strongly believe A perfect start is the best learning environment for all children! The special attention to learning is developmentally appropriate. That said, the love shared by Mrs. Ashley, Ms. Connie and the entire staff separates this environment from the Blue Ribbon Schools as the Mecca of EARLY LEARNING environments. This environment is like being at an H.B.C.U. with all the pride and focusing on the entire family needs.💕💕 My grandson ( Bronz) is in the right space! We can now sleep! Ashley and her team are absolutely amazing!!! I’ve been so blessed to have them be part of my village and I could never thank them enough. Best childcare in the state of Alabama hands down.

My daughter has been at APSLC since October and I have been a staff member since too. This first daycare where my daughter is excited to come to school play with her friends and see her teachers.

I absolutely love A Perfect Start Learning Center. When my grand daughter first began, she was not talking yet or interacting with other children. Now a year later she is talking in complete sentences she knows and can recognize her numbers, alphabets and colors. She has come into her personality and learned so much. What I love the most, is the staff treats the children like their own and it really shows especially in the mornings at drop off. It feels like I am dropping my sweet girl off to family member not to people. I highly recommend.

Our baby girl has been attending for 4 months now, started at 10 weeks and they have been so good to her and us as first time parents. They have been great at working on her development milestones and assisting in introducing foods and play! We love all of her teachers. Ms. Christen has wonderful communication with us and I believe she loves our little girl as much as we do <3. All of the staff have been wonderful and we feel everyone is invested in our family, no matter who is in the office they always acknowledge us and know our girls name. We can't wait until our little one is older and can partake in the fun activities and events that APSLC puts together for the kids and families.

I love a perfect start learning center. I wouldn't trust my kids with anyone else. My now 14 year old came here and now my 4 year old twins come. Best place ever

A perfect star learning center is everything you can ask for a child care service! I went back to work at 12 weeks so my son was in there from a young start. His teachers Ms honey, ms Sasha and ms Christian are truly amazing! You can clearly see how loved and well taken care of he is. They communicate well and work on milestones. My biggest fear in childcare was developmental delays and they really do everything they can to ensure each child’s success. It’s truly a team effort from home to daycare when you are a working momma. They take the worry out of having to leave your kids to go back to work. I feel truly blessed to have found them in the sea of never ending waitlist.

If you need child care I would highly recommend this facility. You just won’t find this type of dedication at any facility.

I am constantly telling this business and their crew that they are the best daycare center in the area. I have a foster daughter who began attending this facility in June, 2023. She was 1-1/2 when she started and she could only speak 1-2 words, she has closed the gap and is now speaking upwards of 50 -100 words. Because we are working foster parents, we have a reduced fee and I tell everyone that asks about her childcare facility, if I had to pay the full amount, I would do it because they are worth every penny. I absolutely love this place and all of the staff.

A hidden gem! I love the app that gives me insight on how my child is doing. The environment is friendly & warm. Progress & advancement mean a lot to the staff and we appreciate that.

My son has been attending APSLC for about six months, and we love it. He has a great relationship with his teacher. He lights up when he sees her. Christen is great with my son, and all the other teachers in his class are incredibly lovely and professional.

The daycare is very professional, personable, and accountable. They are very kind and gentle with the kids. The staff is super friendly.

I Absolutely love it here and as well as my son He loves all his teachers and staff they are very helpful and he’s learned so much since he’s been here and I can’t wait to continue to watch him grow and thrive here

Where do I begin!! My daughter is in the Preschool Program and I’m telling you they couldn’t have chosen 2 better teachers!! Ms Halle and Ms Lexus!!! Are hands down the best of the Best!! They love, teach, and care for my child as if she is theirs!! It’s an honor for her to grow and learn under both of their supervision weekly!! We are going to be sad once the summer comes around so we will enjoy the rest of the ride!! HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!! 💜
