SERC Physical Therapy

So thankful. They've helped me to feel good about my PT. I've recovered proper use and the strength and motivation to believe that I can heal. They have a nice atmosphere, usually some music, drinking water, restroom. Everyone tried to be accessible, even when though you're working one on one. They assess before and after. Including how I do after I leave. They are serious about clients healing process, but so no e and encouraging.

I have had such a great experience here and I definitely improved on my flexibility and shoulder/neck pain while going here. All the therapists were super nice and helpful in achieving my goals. I have so many new ideas to continue my exercises at home. A shout out to Darian, Brendon, and Tyler as they are amazing!

This SERC has such a welcoming and clean environment! I was very pleased with the courtesy of each and every staff member. I worked with Sara and she was incredible! She challenged me but also took each of my concerns into consideration whole planning exercises. I could tell that she truly cared about my well-being and progress. I felt safe and comfortable in her care. All therapists and staff have a wonderful sense of humor that I thoroughly enjoyed. I would give them 10 stars if possible!

This review is on behalf of my grandmother. She has been seeing Cory Stattelman at SERC Physical Therapy for about a month now and she won’t stop raving about the results. This is what she had to say:
Cory is very professional, attentive, carrying, and he knows his job. Prior to my meetings with Cory, I was struggling to walk with a cane. I couldn’t move my leg, I was in constant pain, and I couldn’t sleep due to the discomfort and pain in my hip, knee, and leg. At last I decided to try physical therapy. I was very sceptical going in. After a few visits, however, I was shocked with the results! Working with Cory and doing the exercises he suggested made me feel much better! I am able to walk without a cane again! Cory is very professional, knowledgeable, and I am very grateful that he was able to get me back on my feet and I am able to walk again.

Incredible ladies!! And guy who answered the phone! I’ve never been to physical therapy before until today. They made my feel so comfortable. Sara knows her skill! Thank you so much for helping me “heal” my shoulder. I’ll keep doing the exercises. :)

All the support staff and Therapist are Awesome. They're all awesome to work with. They want to help and do the best for you. They always listened to my concerns. They want the best for you and your recovery. I highly recommend SERC for your physical therapy needs. They will give you the best care.

SERC Physical Therapy was definitely a professional and enjoyable environment. The staff all took good care of me and greatly improved my flexibility. Brett was my main Physical Therapist and he was a blast to interact with, despite my quiet days. Tiffany is the receptionist and always tried to make me smile everyday, which she did succeed. Hannah was just as professional and caring as Brett, and did good the times I was in her care. I didn't interact much with Ashley but I can tell she's just as devoted and caring as everyone else. All in all, I highly enjoyed this experience and the journey to graduating. Thank you all :)

SERC-Independence was absolutely wonderful! Brendan, Darian, & the rest of the staff are extremely knowledgeable & super helpful. They care about helping their patients achieve their goals. Highly recommended!

SERC was the best PT experience I'VE ever had. The Staff are amazing
Friendly, knowledgeable,& supportive. My knee (tibial plateau fx) was very painful & slow healing. The staff put together a treatment plan & had me doing balance & movement I never thought I'd do again. As everyone has said, they gave me my life back. This is an amazing place. If you or anyone you know needs therapy go here. My best friend reminded me she had gone there and completely recovered from her injury. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

One visit and I was impressed. The therapist asked a lot of questions and immediately knew what to do and it worked! My pain level decreased immediately afterwards. Can’t wait to go back for my next 11 visits. Best PT I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to quite a few in the past 2 years.

Serc and the wonderful therapists got me back on my feet after knee surgery. It was not easy but with their help today I “graduated”. Shout out to Brendan and Darian for being so kind and helpful.

The staff at SERC are all amazing to work with. I came in the first day really concerned and not wanting anyone to touch my foot. Sara worked with me since day 1. She helped me deal with my anxiety I had with my foot injury. I feel like the goals I set for myself was completely met. Sara was patient and understanding when I expressed concerns. She answered any questions I had and helped me get back to where I wanted to be. I also had the chance to work with Ashley and Rowan also. They were absolutely wonderful. I can't say enough about this place. From the first day you walk in till your last day there they make you feel important and well taken care of. Thank you to everyone there!

I had bilateral knee replacement surgery 2 months ago. SERC physical therapy was recommended by the home health nurse. I requested an appointment on line Thanksgiving day, and was promptly called the following morning. I met with my physical therapist Sara and she changed my entire world in a few short weeks. I can do anything now. She whipped me into shape and my new knees are way better than the originals. The girls are wonderful, but make you work hard . I would recommend SERC physical therapy hands down to anyone. I got my life back!

The entire staff at SERC are compassionate and welcoming. They make you feel cared about as soon as you walk into the door. The therapists there helped me to regain full range of motion with my shoulder in 6 weeks! I always felt comfortable in their care and will recommend them to anyone looking for a PT! Cannot thank Sara and Darin enough! I was having a lot of pain and difficulty moving. They were both so supportive and helpful, kind but firm enough to make me realize what l was capable of doing. Tiffany is a sweetheart. The facility was very, very clean. All of the staff was very friendly and welcoming! If l need physical therapy in the future l know where l want to go!

I would highly recommend SERC and Independence to anyone. They work really hard to see to your needs and understand your feelings…what one is capable of any given day on. They are Personable and a lot of fun to be around. They make working on strengthening your body enjoyable, even when it hurts.

I had total knee surgery on both knees and revision total knee surgery on both. So, that means I had physical therapy 4 times. Twice at one location, once at another and the forth at Serc. All locations had a friendly staff. Out of the (4) four I liked this location the best not only because of the friendly staff but because of the smaller space in which was utilized for the therapy sessions. By saying that, it gave me a closer sense of being able to hear and communicate with all the staff members. I also felt that my therapist was more hand on with manipulations then all the other locations. In which that made me feel he really knew what was going on with my knee by that touch. In doing that it made me feel more confident that he helped me the most of all the four. Physical therapy is something you must do to get your strength and your confidence that you can walk alone again. If you like the smaller space area, friendly staff and home away from home feeling this is the location for you. Great job to everyone there keep up the good work! 😉

I had several weeks of physical therapy after knee replacement and Sec was AMAZING! My therapist was Hannah. She showed respect and concern for me and all of her patients at all times. Ashley, Brett and Mindy were very friendly and extremely professional. I highly recommend Serc of Independence for your therapy needs.

Each one from Reception, Jeremey and Tiffany to all the Therapists, Sara, Darian and Rowen made me feel welcome and like family! They took great care of me and relieved all my fears and helped me so much! Best people on earth!

Brett is an amazing physical therapist. He is very nice and easy to communicate with. Great staff, we enjoy going to this practice for our whole family. This is such a good office and very nice. The room always feel clean and the waiting are is good and clean.
