McDonald's

It's a good place to go, for the grandkids. You no that's where they like to go. It's inexpensive for the family to eat there. So we go there a few time while we in town, with all the kids. Can't afford all of us to go out to bigger restaurants and eat.

Forgot my wallet and they gave me my food anyway💯 I LOVE YOU JONATHAN💪💪💪💪💪🤡

22 construction came in the restaurant while I was eating. Apparently he was mad that he couldn't figure out how to place an order at the drive-thru, what a dummy. He came in screaming at and threatening the manager. She's pregnant, what a gem. He was asked to leave because he came in very aggressively. People that think they can abuse fast food workers are despicable. I recommend you don't do business with this company. Imagine how they treat you after you learn how they treat pregnant women.

Came by at lunch time today, 12/12/23 and the fries and chicken were literally perfect. Golden brown and not old and stale like some McDonalds.

The Henagar, AL McDonald's is the cleanest one I've ever been too. The food is fresh and the employees are always friendly and professional. It reminds me of how McDonald's was 30-40 years ago growing up as a kid. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went there to grab so dinner for my kiddos because everyday is a long day! Anyways our order was wrong and when I returned to the location I was met with a very friendly manager named Kelsey sparkman. Not only did she remake our entire order but she also refunded it as well. I can’t speak for any other employees that work at the henagar location but I can honestly say that this manager went above and beyond to satisfy my requests. Not only was she humble and kind, she made sure she had a guest that would return. Thank you so much Kelsey, at least this location got one thing right!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and neat. Everyone was well spoken clean in appearance and hard working I was very impressed and will definitely go back if you are in the area please stop by they are worth checking out.

There is not a whole lot to say because it's McDonald's but I can say that this one is very clean and the people that work there really care about their jobs and their costumers. They treat you very well here. They also take covid 19 cleaning services inside serous. I feel very safe there. I have never gotten a bad meal from them but one time I got the wrong meal and they fixed it right then on my word only. I have always been happy with anything I have ordered from them. I have been there many times over several years

Absolutely the best biscuit I've ever had! And the coke was awesome! Had the "burn" to it..loved it

Stopped in a hurry. They made order in record time. A young lady brought my order to me and said "I believe this is your order.. 2 special made McMuffins no meat. 2 sausage egg McMuffins And 2 hashbrown patties."
Exactly what I ordered. And with a smile too.

Fast and friendly service and didn't have to wait I did get a raw hamburger but I called headquarters and they sent me free coupons for the same meal so they handled the situation they way they should have and I was satisfied.

Great place to eat great service!!! The only problem is my wife is over worked we have four kids at home she needs to be here instead of working over everyday. Hire some help an train them to do there job thank u very much stuck

The fish sandwiches were great this time. My wife usually gets one here. I thought I would try one this time. It was delicious. Nice to have a local McDonalds.

This location is strategically located, literally in the middle of nowhere... BUT well positioned. Driving the backroads from Huntsville, AL to Atlanta I ran into this Mc Donalds in the morning. I found a very clean location, very good customer service and lots of traffic coming on.

I will keep on coming back as manytimes as I can while traveling.

I love Terry green .... And Daemion Dalton..Leah Horton and Amanda Pineda they are very friendly employes and managers... They are always very attentive and always get my order correct. I love coming here. This is my favorite McDonald's.

Very clean. I do not like the kiosks. The young lady that waited on us was running from front counter to the kitchen and the drive thru. She really did need someone to help her

Who don't like McDonald's. Well Fort Payne has a great one. Fresh food fast service. Great place for those quick breaks

We were just passing through that city and ran inside to get a milkshake and a burger to go.
