Summary: thier customer service 100% better than any big box pharmacy (speed, customization, friendliness, and just making the customer happy!!). Plus they can do anything the nation chains can do. Never an insurance/medicare/Medicaid problem either..

Super friendly and very patient pharmacist and staff! The pharmacy is very clean and well-organized with seating available. I was able to make an appointment for flu vaccines very easily, and they took care of my whole family without any problems. Very happy with this pharmacy, and I'll definitely be coming back for flu shots next year!

I just want to thank Ken, and his staff for helping me today. I had an insurance issue, however Ken explained what I needed to do to resolve the problem, and issue was resolved in no time.

This small pharmacy is locally owned and not part of a chain. Parking very close to the the front door. Staff and owner provide very friendly personal service.

My husband and I never heard of Rightway Pharmacy until covid vaccine time. We secured vaccine appointments there and were stunned at how professional, organized and efficient they were. Leaving that day we decided to move our pharmacy needs to Rightway even though it is a distance from our home. A week later we filled our first prescription for our son and again I got confirmation that this place was the real deal. The pharmacist himself waited on me and as customers entered the store he greeted each person by name. That is service you just don't find today.

The best pharmacy I have ever found. I have been using this pharmacy for years. Ken and his staff always goes way above and beyond anyone could ever imagine. If there is a way to help you or your loved one he will figure it out. He really cares. Very pleased.

I will never go back to a major pharmacy. This is the place they treat you with kindness and respect, and there’s never a long line to wait in.

They always have what I need. The staff is fantastic and knowledgeable and it’s nice to have a semi-personal relationship with the people I trust to accurately dispense what my doctors prescribe. It just sucks that they are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

What can I say about Ken, hmm let me think I mean there's such a long list. All positive, of course! I call him my Pharmasist Husband, lol! He's always looking out for my best intrest. He's so sweet, kind, has such a caring disposition and of course that smile! Ken is always quick to help with my questions and if he doesn't know he goes above and beyond to find an answer! Above all he is a professional.
Then there is Lisa, such a nice young lady. Lisa has always been very kind & courteous, always willing to help! I find that in these times it's very hard to find that kind of "customer service"! Actually when I go there they make me feel like a "person", they have never made me feel like a number.

You can get fast refills 5 to 10minutes. Delivery service. Ken the pharmacist can even compound drugs. We will never go back to Fry's it walgeens. Ken is always available to talk with you.

Rightway has the BEST customer service. They are like a small town neighborhood business that is always there to take care of you.

Thank you Rightway for helping us get vaccinated! The process on site is flawless, you can be put on a waitlist if there are no appointments available and they actually call when there are available appointments.
