Pest experiences have always been OK, but tonight was a great one. The gentleman running the drive-through was friendly and professional and the food was the definition of perfectly prepared Popeyes food. Just the right amount of balance of everything. Much win.

I went to this location for lunch today and decided to go in. I am SO GLAD that I did! I was greeted and taken care of by Julie. She was friendly, made sure my order was complete and accurate, and went above and beyond to make my experience top tier. she even made sure I knew there was a deal going on in the app so I got the best price. Julie should be employee of the month every month! Thank you Julie!

We love Popeyes. It's a regular around here. What makes it better is when staff is pleasant welcoming & clean. We wanna thank Sissy for being so helpful & great during our visit. will definitely be back to this location!

Me and son had the chicken sandwich combos and let me tell you everything was on point even tho there where a little short staff they are doing what they can whit what they have, food was good and hot we had to wait a little bit but for some good food is ok if you wait, definitely coming back, keep up the good job

My wife and I went through the drive thru around 5:45 PM at 107th Ave & Grand Ave . We were promptly greeted in a very friendly manner on the drive through speaker by a female. She very politely asked us to please stand by. Within a very short time, She politely apologized for the wait which was not long at all. We completed are order and when we got to the drive thru window, were again politely greeted with a smile and kind words. Both my wife and I were commenting on how friendly, kind and respectful she was. This was extremely refreshing to see that there are still a select few people that still go the extra mile and take pride in their work and customer service. I asked her name and told me her name was "Sissy". Attention Popeyes Corporate. Sissy is a perfect example of customer service and the kind of employee that all employees should strive for in their work which seems to be sadly missing these days. Great job Sissy!!! You are a Rock Star and deserve to be recognized for your hard work and dedication.!!!

Best damn chicken. Deeeelicious!!! I will drive, to get to the nearest Popeye’s, a little bit farther than the nearest KFC because hands down Popeye’s is better. But, not just better than KFC, but far better than bigoted chick fil-a(gggh!!), “this chicken place” and “that chicken place”. Yes. Plus, I really love the Popeye’s spicy chicken sandwich!! Makes me salivate just thinking about one!!!

I always order a Chicken Sandwich with Extra Pickles...And Thats Exaclty What They Give Me!!! Look at the size of piece of chicken!!! I'm always stuffed with just the sandwich!!

Super hot and delicious. I just popped in early for a snack. Cashier was awesome. Only downside was that they had no sporks. How do you eat mac n cheese without a spork? The lid to your drink if you're clever

This is my favorite Popeyes in Surprise. They are less busy, the lobby is cleaner and the staffing is better. I find the workers to be polite and professional.

The only thing it's missing is the 100 flavor cocoa cola machine. The other location on Bell has one.
