I had a good experience when I had to cancel a service agreement and ordered parts. I had an unexpected household issue came up. They kindly canceled without any problems. Thanks for understanding.

Purchased my first brand new car from Howell! They are great and INTEGRAL!
They kept me informed step by step about what I was doing. It was simple and easy! No games, gimmicks, balloon payments or upside down credit. Mr. Eddie, Johnathan, Billy and Paige are all awesome! I haven’t gone for my first oil change yet but when I do. I will be sure to update.

Very good people, friendly, and helpful. Test drive was like most just go for a spin. Vehicles were clean as well as the office. Atmosphere was comfortable, and salesmen weren't pushy. We bought a 2022 Altima.
