Love Chick- Fil-A!! Great location, great service and very clean!! Best sweet tea!!

I work for MSU, and wanted to gift some future students from SWMCC with Chick-fil-a, and this was the easiest catering I’ve ever done! Ordered online, was ready at exactly the right time, was called by a chick-fil-a employee to make sure I knew It was ready, and then when I walked in the location, was greeted with a smile, and then Jace (an CFA employee) even helped me carry the food to my truck!

He asked how my day was and we even had a friendly conversation about what I did for MSU! What a great location, great staff and great food!! Jace! Appreciate you my man!!

This was my first time to the McComb location, the team members I interacted with Bri & Rebecca were so kind and pleasant! My salad was so good!

I never thought that I would review a Chick-fil-A, but after stopping here on a road trip I decided it was definitely reveiw worthy. First of all this place is huge! There is tons of seating inside. We stopped there at noon and had no trouble finding a place to sit. There are definitely tables for larger groups. The drive-thru lines were so long, but they were definitely handling the line like pros. The service at the counter was friendly and efficient. Our food came out quickly and it was hot. I have to note I ordered the original chicken sandwich and the chicken filet was huge. I don't know if that is the norm, there, but it definitely isn't the norm at our Chick Fil-A's in Arkansas. Nerd Alert- I loved the trash can and took a picture. You walk up to it and it has a motion detector and it opens up for you to throw your trash. So definitely, if you are on a road trip this is the place to stop. I am sure that everyone in this town, knows that this is an awesome place. FYI - The bathrooms were clean.

Lately, my wife and I have been having Chick-fil-A for lunch most days. This particular location is not the closest to our house, but it is the best in Fayetteville. The quality of the food, the service, the accuracy of the orders, and the speed of the drive-thru are all superior to the others.

I enjoyed the mini Chick-fil-A biscuits. It was my first time eating at Chick-fil-A. It's awesome and the workers was very courteous

Excellent chick fil a overall. Service was a bit slow but other than that everything was excellent.

Zara was the sweetest person ever. She was patient when I needed help and made sure I knew exactly what I wanted!!! She’s the BEST!!!

Ever since opening in 2022, this has been one of my favorite fast food places to grab a bite to eat at. Let’s get started with the review!

*Food*
The food is delicious, I can’t recommend it enough! In contrast to Popeyes, KFC, and other places, they don’t over bread or overcook their chicken. It’s a nice, crispy layer, with tender, juicy chicken underneath. A lot of people love their grilled chicken options as well- while they’re not for me, I’m sure if you like grilled chicken, you’ll enjoy them, too!

*Service*
A lot of fast food places have rude or uncaring workers. While I don’t blame them too much, given how little most places pay them, the difference is night and day. Every Chick-fil-A employee who has provided service for me is always nice, professional, and courteous. I do believe that Chik-fil-A holds their employees to a higher standard, and they probably pay them enough to upkeep those standards.

*Atmosphere*
I am not much of a dine in person, but the interior has always been kept nice and clean. If I wanted to dine in at any fast food place, it would definitely be here. The double drive thru and the generous sized parking lot are easy to navigate as well!

I love chick-fil-a. Just wish the lines weren't so long. Just goes to show people enjoy the food there.

I eat here at least 3 times a week! Staff is friendly! They always busy but it’s worth it! That Jesus chicken is bomb!! I always get the 30 pc fried or grilled they both taste amazing!

This place has been on point since day one. Service is great! Staff is always welcoming and so energetic. Definitely one of my favorite fast food restaurants in town

We came here today the line was long yes but they kept it moving. it was the best fast food I've had in a very long time. Also my son has autism and is very picky. Let me tell you what he loved it and even finished it. We will be back!!

Little confusion coming into drive through...Parking lot is small. There is always a line to place an order. But food is always amazing and fresh.
