Excellent customer relations is something that is difficult to teach. That being said, I’ve found them to be personable, professional, friendly and always go the extra mile to accommodate my needs as well as make an otherwise stressful situation, (that of moving), just a bit better! I’d highly recommend them to anyone or I wouldn’t have held the account so long. I know that I AM in good hands, I believe you will be too !!! Thank you guys for going above and beyond. I trust you with my possessions; I know they are in good hands.

Had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage. I've never had my things in long-term storage before and they made it so easy and convenient. I had a remarkable experience moving out with John. He made sure that things were quick and easy for me. He was very consistent with checking in and ensuring that I was comfortable with the move-out process. The facilities are clean and monitored which made me feel very at ease. Highly recommend renting a unit at this location!

Stored here for a couple months while I dealt with a divorce and moving homes. The building was well maintained, easy to access, and the manager John was amazing. He was not only knowledgeable about the business, but the building as well. I not only felt I received a adequate space, but also a pleasurable experience. I'd highly recommend this building if you're in need for a secure building, decent pricing, an upfront sales person, and an incredible manager.

The staff is always courteous and ready to answer all of my questions. The system is straightforward and the facility is always clean and pristine. I felt like my belongings were safe there while I was waiting for my daughter to move into her new space. I will use again if the occasion arises.

Visited this location the other day and spoke with the manager, John, about different options regarding transferring to a new unit. He was insanely helpful, gave me a lot of valuable information, and was just an absolute pleasure to speak with. The building looked well kempt, and even though I shall be using an ES location a bit closer to my home, I would recommend this location to anyone needing a unit with a good price and a great site manager.

We had a great experience getting set up for the storage unit. The process was very quick and easy. The manager at the Hamilton Ave site was polite and answered all of my questions. The site was very clean. I would recommend this storage space to others.

Very impressed with this place. Great location for my purposes and great price for what you get. Clean, dry and a variety of available unit sizes. Doug could not have been more helpful showing me the lay of the land and getting me access to the unit for the first time. Glad to see some places still understand the concept of customer service!

Quick and easy storage. Provide the locks and always clean facility. Never have any issues there and feel like my personal belongings are safe!

We rented a unit last summer for our daughter who is in college at PIT. We are returning again this summer. The facility and unit was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful, attentive to our needs, and made the move in process very easy. We will continue using Extra Space Storage.

Extra Space Storage consistently has good customer service. A lot of storage companies really skimp on getting conscientious and respectful employees. In my few years storing here, I’ve always had friendly and helpful folk—assisting with questions, giving options, prompt resolution of concerns.

I’d also add that the place is dry, very well temperature controlled, and tidy.

This location is very user friendly. Great location in the city right outside of Bakery Square. The check in process was easy, the office was very helpful with questions I had prior to check in. Also, they were helpful in showing me how to operate the loading dock for the truck I was hauling stuff in on. Overall good experience.

Spoke with Doug regarding a rental issue, he was super attentive and handled my concerns appropriately and professionally.
