I like to walk down to this PetSmart to get cat food and sometimes check out the adoptable cats on display. If I didn't have two already, a bigger space and more funds I would adopt them all. But in all seriousness the service is always friendly and fast.

PetSmart consistently offers a customer-centric experience and staff are friendly and accommodating. If you are in need of help while there, one can easily discuss the inquiry with a qualified team member.

I guess it depends on who your groomer is. I booked 2 apps 1:30p & 2:30p. I forgot my mom's dogs vaccination papers and called her to ask her to screenshot it for me. 2 min later the groomer says "I don't mean to rush you but if I don't get the vaccination soon I can't cut your dog" I said his appt isn't until 2:30p. She responded that she moved the appt time up because the latest they can take pets is 2pm since they close at 5pm. I looked at her with confusion. She then said the online booking is messed up it shouldn't have let me book at 2:30p. While waiting on my mom to text the vaccination she asked another girl if she could groom my dog. Her coworker responded " I can't, I have an appt at 3:30p. There's no making up for this. I won't go back here or take my mom's dog.

They do an excellent job grooming my Pepper!! Brittany S is an amazing groomer! Reasonable prices, convenient location. ❤

Very good visit! We were helped by Nicole mainly but had another cashier that assisted (can't remember her name). Nicole was super patient with us at checkout and made great recommendations including the new pet book. Definitely made us more likely to go to petsmart than the competition!

Both women at the register were very helpful with my exchange despite the new system

I love this place man. Macheala is the best at grooming. However, all associates in store are by far amazing !

Good variety, great holiday deals on treats, and even free pictures with Santa! We were also
looking for a sturdy cable leash for our dog and found a variety of different ones at a reasonable price.

It was nice and everyone was friendly. Did some research on a light food for my foster cat and was able to do so without pressure to purchase as I'm still looking into foods as she has a significant amount of weight to lose. The selection was good and the store was neat, clean and orderly.

This is my store for my pets. I have 6 fur babies , cats! Gilbert, Charlie, Ophelia, Fallon, Shelton, and Leonard! We also have two birds, sunshine and star, that we treat from the store!

Love this place always has what I need and the staff has excellent knowledge of the store and the products.

My groomer, Dani, was exceeding kind and welcoming. She even made time for us when there was a problem with our reservation. It was my puppy's first groom, and her nervousness was apparent, but Dani put us both at ease. When I came to pick up my pup after her appointment, she pranced out happily, and I could tell that she had an overwhelmingly positive experience. Her first groom was perfect, her coat was exceptionally soft and fluffy, and she smelled INCREDIBLE! Dani gave me a rundown of the entire appointment, including what she did grooming-wise, things she noticed about my dog's appearance and behavior, as well as how my dog reacted to different elements of the experience. I was floored by the amount of attention and detail! My pup and I left happy as can be, and I was honestly thrilled with how everything went. I can't even imagine how stressful it must be to deal with so many different types of animals (and people) on a daily basis, but the groomers at PetSmart never let it show... They are skilled professionals and wonderful people!
