We were very pleased using AG storage! We got a storage unit in about 10min one evening in Johnson by just using our phones. When we messaged them on their website they were very quick to reply within a max of 2 days. Very happy with their service and will use them again in the future if needed.

We use AG in Jeffersonville for short term storage during a house project remodel. Their online system we easy to find the unit size you need and reserve, access was simple. We managed to lose the key to our lock during our move and they were super helpful about getting us the replacement. The units are not climate controlled. The pricing is reasonable and easy access to Jeffersonville.

Never having to have had the need for a storage unit until we sold our home, we initially had a hard time finding a unit available. That changed quickly when we contacted AG storage! They quickly found a unit for us that met our needs and worked with us every step of the way. But most impressive were the staff. Michael and his friendly staff provided service that honestly I did not think existed any longer.
The units are clean and secure as one would expect, the professional and friendly customer service were not! I highly recommend AG storage for your needs, you will not be disappointed!

This is the second time I have rented from AG and just like the first time it was easy and affordable.

Storing stuff in a locker unit at AG Self Storage was easy to set up. There are a variety of unit sizes to select, each supplied with a welcome packet of information and a lock. Locker units are accessible 24-7. The facility is secured with fencing, has a closed gate that requires a personalized access code to enter, and features security cameras aside being well kept and tidy. Customers can find free pallets in unit #22 to use to keep their possessions off the pavement, to keep boxed items extra dry. Customer service (CS) is excellent! Michael (owner) and staff are most welcoming and promptly replied to my service call and made the extra effort to help me. It turned out that I needed a larger locker and CS walked me through the process in a few minutes. Most units (small and large) have a 12 foot ceiling, but some units have a 10 foot ceiling. People storing ladders may want to check the unit's ceiling height before moving into a locker, or store lengthy items on the floor in a rectangular unit whereas other units are square. The owner is especially nice and has earned the respect among many tenants as being easy to reach by phone/email and he is very kind and helpful. If you're looking for a place to store something in Johnson that is small or large, in a secure environment, I recommend AG Self Storage.

I would recommend this facility and business to anyone in need of a storage unit! Between the fenced in area, the outstanding customer service, and the brand new units, I was completely satisfied with my decision. Michael and Ashley are so very pleasant to deal with and goes out of his way to make sure his customers are satisfied! The owner, Michael, is very helpful and friendly. The customer service is great, and they answer any questions or concerns very quickly. I highly recommend AG Self Storage for anyone looking for an affordable storage unit. Security is a big deal for them being the only secured facility with a gate in Lamoille County and tons of cameras throughout. Additionally night trips are a breeze with their many motion censored lights. The unit doors are easy to use and do not stick. They also offer a lock and pallets for your unit at no additional cost.

AG Self Storage provides a clean space to store some furniture while I was moving between places. It was super easy to access a unit. At one point in the winter I had some trouble with the gate. Michael was quick to respond and he found an immediate solution so I could access the unit. I was also happy to see that information was communicated timely, for instance users were immediately updated on policies and practices during the pandemic. Convenient, clean, and kind! If I ever find myself in need of a storage unit again I will definitely use AG self storage!

My partner and I moved in at the end of July. The facility is clean and very neat. We have not had any trouble at all and Michael has been nothing but pleasant to us. He is there if we need him to answer questions and has been fully supportive of our entire time there. Highly recommend these units for anyone who is looking!

I would highly recommend utilizing AG Self Storage for storage in the Johnson, VT area. I have used AG for a little over two years, and the facility is conveniently located, easy to access, and always clean. It is likewise always plowed during the winter months, for convenient access.

I need a storage unit for a few months for a move. AG Self Storage offered great prices and easy access. They offer free pallets, brooms, and shovels! The owner personally called me when I asked questions and I felt like the really cared about my experience. I would definitely rent a storage unit here again!

Overall a great storage experience. Micheal, the owner, is very attentive and helpful. It is clean, organized and within the same price range as other units in the area. Everything is provided for you, and the 24 hour access is great. Very easy to rent/store/access. Highly recommended.

We could not be happier with our AG Self Storage experience. Originally, I reached out on a Sunday via their website and received a call back with a couple of hours. The customer service is amazing! We we're able to do everything to rent and pay easily online. They send clear directions on how to get into the unit and what you need to do when you leave it. We highly recommend!

Very user friendly, we needed storage for a few months and ag storage was convenient and work out great. Units are Very clean and dry. Was able to set up an auto pay so we never had to worry about it. Will definitely use again in future if needed.

I was in the market for a storage unit and called Ag self storage and they said they were full so I then started calling around the area for one. Got a call back next day from Ag self storage and was told a unit opened up so they gave it to me. Went in they had a baggy with a new lock and welcoming note in the unit for me. Very clean and pleasant place to store my belongings.

I had to store my whole dorm room into one of the smallest units and there was still a lot of space left for more things. The customer service was fantastic and the addition of the complementary lock is convenient and great. Thanks for the clean and safe experience!
