She took a complicated situation (splitting an existing policy, adding new ones, working around different dates for everything and dealing with still unknown info such as my daughter’s move out date and new address) and made it look easy. She researched multiple insurance companies and worked hard to find the best rates for all of us, then explained everything so patiently and thoroughly. Derek Wiley agency took a giant headache away from me and could not have been more friendly, professional and prompt. The first agency I called never returned my voicemail. Kara was very helpful and we received a lower rate as promised! She did all the legwork! She saved us around 600 in home insurance with same coverage! She’s the best so glad I got the postcard to call I saw the Amazon gift card if they couldn’t beat out rates well they did so no Amazon card gift card for me but the amount of money saving is better than a 25 dollar gift card!
