We stopped by to check prices for a new phone and it was already late but they still took great care of us. Dakota and Taylor were super nice and made sure to give us a good promotion, our plan ended up being lower than the one we had before

This store is all around. They are understanding to your issues. Just let them know what’s going on and they will do their best to assist. Jessica the district manager made me feel like a valued customer again. Chad was so laid back and easy to work with. I’m happy to be a VZW customer!

Better location than the old store by Walmart. Still has that new store smell lol. Laid out nice and open, easy to find whatever you're looking for with very helpful and friendly employees. I should probably have taken a picture to add. Guess I'll go back.

Heather the manager at this location was wonderful and really helped my wife and I with our issues we were having. She came right over, addressed our problems and got right to business. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone that needs some help. Thank you again!

So I go to this Verizon wireless yesterday I was picking up a new sim card I got a new phone instead I have been with Verizon since 1997 Now I am retired I always loved the new phone every 2 years with contract they have changed that now so I haven't really worried much til 5g came around not going in a Verizon I text and check on phones and senior discount The people at this Verizon are great I ask about a new phone They went to work on my account they were funny, nice, and it felt good in there I got a new phone, they set it up for me cleaned it up everything It was early only a couple of other customers they laughed and were fun too I have always been proud to be Verizon and they are a great place Git Verizon and stay because they will take care of you and their seniors

I was helped very quickly, activation of my phone and tablet were seamless. They had the accessories that I needed, I wasnt pushed pr forced into other sales, and the woman who helped me was able to find discounts on my current plan that I was unaware of. Fantastic customer service.

Went to this store yesterday (July 16,2016). Everyone was professional, nice, and super helpful. I got a great deal on my upgrade and couldn't be more pleased. Exceptional service and a refreshing experience! Josh took care of me and he was SUPER!!

Darrion was the most helpful person! He took time to explain everything and was patient and kind. Entering the store, I was nervous because I had no idea what I was doing because technology confuses me, but after Darrion helped me, I walked away with a new phone and in complete understanding of my new device because of his excellent customer service, kind teaching skills, and wide range of knowledge. Thank you SO MUCH. 10/10!

Dave and the rest of the staff were great and patient as I started my own phone line and picked out a new phone. He helped me get the best deals and even helped me pick out an iPad when I’d been thinking about getting a new computer or tablet.

It’s usually never a good time to get a new phone. With shipping issues and all it’s been a long week. But if you got a problem just ask for Erin Railey she can make anything happen. The other employees I got to work with were excellent as well. Very patient with me and my grand son.

These guys are great. Went in to pick up two phones, and iPhone and a Google pixel 2. Get Josh he rocks. Super friendly and actually knows his stuff. As with anywhere nowadays that does Tech stuff you'll probably have to wait a little bit but they have lots of Hands-On displays and lots of folks that are willing to answer questions.

Had to change sims card in my son's phone. Waited about 10 minutes. The people were professional and nice. I have always had good service from Verizon. Thanks!

We enjoyed buying the new Samsung galaxy S21+ Ultra w/5g and the S21+ w/ 5g. The salesmen was very helpful and courteous. The store wasn't too busy around 2pm.

Great service at this store. All about the customers. They do not try to sell you anything. They just make suggestions on what you tell them your needs are. Some superior customer service. I drove 40 miles to go to this store for new phones because of the way they treat people. I passed three other Verizon stores to get here.

Verizon did what At&t couldn't, and it cost much less to do it. I'm so glad I recommend my dear friend to go there. The Representatives where funny and friendly and even helped entertain my son while I helped my elderly friend figure out what she needed and wanted. Josh, our salesman, was so patient and helpful even though we took forever to figure out what she needed. Thank you to all the sales personal that helped make our visit so successful.

Anyone looking for an extremely helpful, personable, and reliable person to help you with your anything Verizon related services to ask for Edwin. We made the mistake of trying to solve an issue and going to the Huntsville location and had NO success. So we ended up calling Edwin and he helped us in minutes, over the phone!!! He literally did what we needed over the phone while we were physically at the other location. He also helped us with our new phones and is extremely knowledgeable about every question we had. So if you're looking for true help and overall knowledge and experience just ask for Edwin.
Like a good neighbor, Edwin is there. Thanks again!!
FYI- He helped us with our company phones and company ethernet. We'll only be asking for Edwin in the future.

I had a wonderful visit with this Verizon. The manager here was super nice&helpful. All of my problems and head aches were all gone. This store deserves a 10!!!! Decatur store was the WORST experience I've ever gone through in 40 years!!! RUDE and just down right RUDE & UNHELPFUL!!! Kudos to this Madison, Alabama Verizon store. THANKS!!!

Went into the store because my phone was damaged and needed to replace it through their insurance program. Usually it will take a couple of days to receive a new phone, but I was in a situation where I needed it right away. The store associate went above and beyond to get me a replacement phone before I left the store. On top of the excellent customer service it only took 30 minutes from when I walked into the store with a broken phone and on my way with a new phone. If you are in the Madison area and need to visit a Verizon store I would highly recommend this location.
