Auto image did a nice job on the repair of my vehicle. It took longer than expected, but They got a good match on the color and were very meticulous. Servando kept me informed and I felt he was very upfront about the repair cost. It was seamless with the insurance company.

Last week someone keyed my car in three places. The damage didn't look too deep, but I took it to four different shops for estimates. I had one estimate which pretty much entailed painting the whole side of my car, eight work days in the shop, and a rental car. Two shops never even mentioned the possibility of just buffing the scratches out. After a pleasant gentleman at Auto Image told me about doing that, my last stop was my auto dealer service dept for an opinion. They told me they didn't think buffing would work, and suggested work by their paint person. I didn't see a down side to trying the buffing route first, so I went back to Auto Image, and I'm so glad I did. It turned out beautifully and literally took about 20 minutes. I would certainly trust Auto Image with any body work that I need in the future. Thank you for your fabulous work and can-do attitude!

Amazing Experience!
My car was in an accident and caused damage to the rear end of the car by the trunk. I filed a claim with my insurance and they said the repairs would be about $2,500 and that I could take it to any body shop I would like. I chose Auto Image since it is close to my home and comes highly recommended. They quickly took a look at the vehicle and came back with their estimate which was a little bit more. They figured out the difference with the insurance company quickly and got me scheduled quickly for repairs.
Throughout the experience, the communication was amazing. They always let me know updates and were always available for me to stop by or answer questions on the phone.
There were some issues with problems that they found once the car was disassembled (which we assumed might be the case) so they had to go back to the insurance for additional approvals.
My absolute favorite part of this process was them handling everything directly with the insurance. I didn't have to be involved at all in the back and forth with the insurance. AMAZING!
My car came back pristine and was ready exactly when they said it would be. I am so happy with my experience here.

I’ve just realized I’ve never left Auto Image a review, despite them being our go to for many years! I think, in all, we’ve worked with them 5 or 6 times over the years (yes, I know that’s not a flex lol) and the team is always highly professional, has great communication and overall does a super clean, thorough job. It’s great to be able to support a shop that’s locally owned and it’s great to do business with a place that is always transparent and has great work ethic.

These folks did a nice job on some collision repair on our Subaru
outback last year, and we were very happy with the results and their communications. I recently came in to ask them if they could put in a trim piece that had fallen off our car, but I guess they were busy, and I left with the impression they couldn't be bothered. I couldn't have been more wrong though: After registering a complaint, David called me back in less than an hour and got things sorted out. He was so apologetic that I honestly feel bad for complaining. It's clear that David and the Auto Image team care a lot about customer service and insuring that people are happy with their service. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend them over any other body shop we've ever dealt with!

I had a wonderful experience getting my car repaired after a minor car accident. They were so communicative and kind throughout the process and I am so glad I chose them to work on my car. The car looks so amazing and they really took the time to make sure everything done was perfect. Juan was especially fantastic to work with and I will definitely be going back to Auto Image if I need to ever get my car repaired again in the future.

Excellent customer service. They communicated with me and my insurance company throughout the process and made it as painless as possible. The work was very good. The QC didn’t like some of the finish so they touched up a couple areas and it looks great. Very good attention to detail.
