David is such an amazing person and Verizon employee. He is always there to help with anything, always listens, and never steers us in the wrong direction! It is terrible that he is leaving. Verizon is losing an absolute asset to our community and their business..we will miss you David.

Deanne was extremely helpful in choosing a phone for our daughters birthday. She made sure the phone and Apple Watch was set up properlyz Thank you Deanne for making our daughters birthday awesome!

Jadyn was very helpful and patient working to transfer our three phone numbers from Straightalk to a new Verizon account and phones. Our situation was complicated and she stuck with it! Would definitely go back to Jadyn for future phone needs.

My experience here was great. I met two guys John and Don who went above and beyond to help me today. They were pretty busy and had a lot of customers but made sure to check in on me every chance they got. They are a good team.

Dave and john did an amazing job and helped us out tremendously. We have been to the clay ny and cicero ny stores and felt like we were getting pushed out of the store before we could buy anything. We were told to wait to buy a phone until black friday.
We since have made the central square store, “our store” due to the friendliness,problem solving and extremely great customer service.

John helped us with 2 different transfers with kindness and patience. He stayed past hours to continue the process that took longer. I would recommend you go see John at the Central Square location rather than a corporate store. His attention to detail was wonderful and he didn't push us out the store.
