Grist Iron Brewing Company

We stayed at the Grist iron brewing company and had dinner and drinks at the brewer. The stay was amazing and the price was very reasonable. They gave me and my wife two free drink as soon as we walked through the door. They also offer a free breakfast it was very good and pro tip stay Thursday and get the 2 dollar rips.

We loved our stop at Grist Iron Brewing Co! The property is beautiful, the views of Seneca Lake and the sunset are *chef’s kiss* and the food is so insanely good. 10/10 recommend the Pulled Pork Nachos.

Staying at the rooms and came over for a quick lunch. Brown ale is malty, not bitter. Ordered a Caesar salad. Plentiful but the romaine was cut from more of the end instead of tips so it was not quite to my liking. Dressing was ok, parma shavings could have used a few more.
The pepperoni pizza was good. Plenty for two people. Crust was chewy with crunch underneath. Mix of mozzarella and provolone gave it a unique but pleasing taste. Pepperoni crispy and a little bit of spicy heat.
Staying in a suite and the room is beautiful.

What a FABULOUS place. We stayed with our RV thru Harvest Host & we will most definitely be back. The food - delicious & big portions. Try the pulled pork nachos. The beers on tap were a total thumbs up 👍🏻 . Thanks for a fun evening with the live band & beautiful atmosphere - friendly staff. See you again soon !!!!

Huge brewery right around Seneca Lake on the wine trail on the east side. Had tons of beer options on tap and it was cool that they make a lot of different food. I tried the pretzel and the barbecue platter of the brisket and pulled pork. It was delicious especially the barbecue platter.the beer was really good addition to. This place is massive and they even have lodging on site and you choose to do so.

Overall this was one of the best experiences I’ve had recently. Hung out in the beer hall and the service was absolutely phenomenal. The guys in there were on top of everything with it being rainy and so busy. The beers were great. My favorites were that’s my jam sour and the mango ipa. Didn’t have food, but everything looked great. This will definitely be a stop I don’t miss any time I visit in the future.

Loved it! Live music virtually every evening. Great view, good food, reasonable prices. I've only been there once, but I'll be going back a lot.

Maximus Brown Ale is one of the best brown ales I've had in years.

The food is great, the staff was friendly, and the vibe-- good lord the vibe!-- the vibe is perfect.
If I didn't live in Chicago, I would be here regularly!

Awesome view accompanied by their most perfect pumpkin ale served with their delicious cinnamon/sugared rim. We paired it with their excellent hot honey/pepperoni pizza. Our experience was enhanced by great music from The Soul Benders. What a great day.❤

Great food & great atmosphere- we loved it. You order at the bar which honestly was pretty simple. Food was so good. The creamed corn was yummy- we ordered one serving & had to go back and get more because it was that good. We got the Combo platter which comes with 2 sides and rolls. (Could have used more rolls TBH but that was the only issue we ran into.) definitely would come back. Thank you Grist Iron & staff.

Not many places where we were staying are open late on Sunday’s so we traveled about 30 minutes to get here because it had good reviews. It was worth it! The view alone was worth it. It was beautiful and overlooks Seneca lake. We were greeted right away and told we could sit anywhere we wanted (inside and out is dog friendly!) and they showed us where the dog bowl station was (how cute!). We grabbed a great spot, ordered the hot and honey pizza (my bf loved it), Buffalo chicken sandwich (this wasn’t my favorite style of buffalo chicken but it was good), and a Bavarian pretzel (good). My bf also got a beer flight that he enjoyed and I got a sour that was ok. They had tons of outdoor seating and games. We saw kids playing soccer down the hill. Overall it was a great experience and I definitely recommend it.

Beer selection has quite the variety. Of the 4 we tried, NAILED IT! (JAM, BIKINI, BANANEN, RED ALE). The fries and beer cheese dip was also a hit with our DD. We will definitely be back.

Welcoming atmosphere with great ambiance, plenty of room to accommodate. Good lake view. There was live music as well.

Beers were delicious. I got the berry sour. Dave was helpful and kind. Huge property with in and outdoor seating. Dog friendly too!

I love this place! They almost always have some live music, their beers and lagers are awesome, and their food is delicious. Their pizza is amazing, and my first choice, but they didn't have it available at the event I went to. So I chose the fries with beer cheese, which were also delicious! They have indoor and outdoor spaces, and they do allow dogs. It also has a beautiful view of Seneca Lake. It's definitely a first choice to try if you're new to the FLX!

Me and my girlfriend were hungry during our little early wine tour on Seneca lake to Cayuga lake. The employees at Lucas vineyards recommended Grist Iron as it was on our way back to our campsite in Watkins Glen and we were not disappointed. 10/10 would highly recommend. Great staff and great food.

Excellent pizza! The hot & honey pizza was absolutely amazing! Very dog friendly, both in doors and outdoors, which is a huge bonus for us. The outdoor seating has pretty good views as well.

Outstanding experience. Great service, great pizza and solid beer. Dogs everywhere to play with. Can't say enough about how enthusiastic the service was. Great view of the lake. This is a Harvest Host and a busy one.

We just got back from an overnight at the Lodge at Grist Iron Brewing! We were so impressed with the accommodations and amenities. We were served one of their beers upon arrival! The room was modern and roomy, bed so comfortable. The view is spectacular! Dinner at the brewery topped everything off. Top notch food and beverages! We will be back!
