If there was ever a google review more deserving I don’t know. From the moment I met Cecilia, she has been accommodating through this entire process, from me being a prospect to becoming a resident. She is not only a beautiful person inside and out but also very knowledgeable of her industry. You might even say she’s a diamond in the rough. I have owned my own my business for over 25 years, and I wish I had an employee just like her. On a personal note I would just like to say thank you, Cecilia.

When we toured The Guild a few months ago my partner and I fell in love instantly. We’ve only lived here about a week but it has been an awesome experience. Management is easy to contact and always kind. The apartment is beautiful and we have a beautiful view that we get to admire from our huge windows. The pool is saltwater and kept clean. Honestly getting to live in this beautiful community in this beautiful little small town is a dream come true.

If you are looking for a beautiful place to call home and great customer service this is the place to go! I recently toured with the property manager Savannah and she made my experience wonderful- answering all of my many questions with great detail, she was extremely kind, and made me feel right at home! Savannah and her staff are a true pleasure to work with, they are extremely knowledgeable about the property, quick to respond, they take care of issues in a very prompt manner. I could not recommend this property enough!

We sold our beloved home of over 30 years and moved to a two bedroom, two bath apartment at the Guild. We left behind a pool, billiard room, scenic views, natural sunlight filled rooms, and beautiful landscaping on almost eight acres. We chose the Guild because we still have all of those things here except someone else does all the work and upkeep. The apartment is well appointed with everything we need and want. We have a beautiful kitchen with all new appliances and a large granite island. We have wonderful support people who have helped us make this lifechanging downsizing decision a positive one. The property manager and staff are excellent and our new neighbors are friendly and kind. We love living here and the freedom of others doing all the work allowing us to spend our later years enjoying the good life. Everyday we love it more!

This property and atmosphere is so gorgeous and clean. The property manager Savannah was so kind to me giving me the tour. Every email that is sent she responds promptly and addresses any issue that comes across. If I could give this property 10 stars I would.
