Orthopedic Walk-In Clinic

I was seen quickly for it being morning off the first day of the week. I was brought into a room, vitals checked, taken to x-ray and saw the doctor. Everyone was super efficient. Reception entered all my info quickly (while answering the phone & other patients questions) & had websites & messages sent in no time. The Doctor/PA was amazing. She was so knowledgeable about my condition. I was really impressed with her bedside manner too. This was a win-win. 5 solid stars.

Excellent care. Did not have to wait very long. Everyone very professional and took great care of me. Would highly recommend. Having a walk in facility like this is fantastic. Other doctors should consider this too especially with the population exploding in this area. Thank you.

The front desk was very helpful. The nurses and x-ray technician were very polite, and knowledgeable. Dr. Alent spent more enough time with me. He explained everything that he was going to, the took the time to explain what he was seeing. The staff was able to get me in the right direction for the next step of the process

In and out quickly, everyone very polite, Jessica Harris was fantastic. She made the diagnosis and gave me options for my shoulder pain. Great new facility. Thanks to all who assisted me.

It was a positive experience! All employees were professional, friendly and kind. The wait time was not long at all, even though we walked in without an appointment. Tabitha Catrillon gave a thorough exam on my teenage son and explained everything in detail!

Easy place to find. Easy to get seen. Dr Alent explained everything to me so that it was easily understood. He was thorough, double checked and triple checked to make sure he had the correct diagnosis. Would go back again in a heart beat.

Having a Walkin Clinic in our area is such a wonderful asset when you need answers quickly instead of waiting weeks to see a doctor.

The facility is clean and attractive. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The new Ortho Clinic facility is absolutely awesome. My.visit at the Walk-In Clinic couldn't have been better. From the front desk ladies, to my nurse, and finally to Tabitha, my PA. The caring, patience, caring and knowledge of this team was exceptional. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

The office staff were friendly and kind. There was very little wait time even as a walk in patient. The x-ray department staff were professional, patient and kind. Jessica Harris PA was very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. I was very happy with my care. My son was a recent patient as well and had a great experience. Thank you to you all!!

I was able to set a walk in appt. I am so very grateful I was able to get the treatment needed that day as I was in so much pain but now feel much better. Inflammation around my right wrist has been in so much pain for almost a month. I cannot wait until my next appointment. Great staff! Very clean office!

I was seen promptly at my scheduled time. The online process to make walk-in appointment was easy. The PA that treated me was very thorough and explained my options and her concerns about my knee pain. She provided treatment for current pain while explaining it would only be temporary and further tests would be needed to determine the cause.

Great experience. Front office staff was thorough. Nursing staff was professional and PA was attentive to my concerns. Overall I was very pleased with the experience and would recommend anyone in need of orthopedic care.

This practice is very efficient and professional. They were very concerned and There was not one moment wasted ordering X-ray’s in responding to my wive’s immediate evaluation and diagnosis. We were in confident hands from receptionist, both Doctors, the X-Ray Technician and all supporting staff! I highly appreciate and recommend your practice as a ten 🔟 out of 10 walk-in clinic!. I was super impressed with how quickly I was seen at this walk in clinic. I was expecting a long and arduous wait time, but was in and out relatively quickly. Dr. Allent was kind, reassuring, respectful, helpful, polite, and professional. He presented me with a couple of options (regarding treatment plans) and he supported my decision.

I saw Dr.Alent and he was amazing. He diagnosed me and explained in depth all treatment options. He recommended Us guided injection. Teleah and Allison Got authorization almost immediately and I feel so much better! Could not say enough good things about Dr Alent ,Kate and the X-ray team. Thank you!

Teleah (the front desk receptionist) was the absolute best!! She waited on hold forever to help me get my referral after my doctors office left on hold for over 45 minutes!! The nurse that took me in was so sweet and kind, as was the x-ray technician!!
Dr . Jeff was very wonderful explaining to me what happened and showing me my x-ray!! I would highly recommend these wonderful people!!!

It was nice meeting you Dr Alent. You have beautiful facilities, just a little cold. I was waiting to see you for 3 hours & my back really hurt sitting in the chairs. Started your exercise instructions this morning & will hope for some relief.

Excellent care from Doctor and all the staff. I felt listened to when detailing my issues. Doctor ordered tests accordingly. In doing so we were able to find something I wasn’t expecting. I greatly appreciate their professionalism and care. Thank you to all the staff!!

I had a wonderful visit experience from the front desk to the nurse and especially Dr Alent who was very caring, knowledgeable and attentive to my issue. Within a day I am already feeling relief. I will return to Dr Alent in the future and refer others. Thank you!

Hi Tabitha and thank you for seeing me . I would love to get in for the MRI sooner than my Tuesday appointment . Joel who made the appointment said it is “stat “ and I should have an appointment today or tomorrow and would call me back with my appointment. He then called back and said earliest he could get me in is Tuesday.
