They offer the absolute best customer service, they're willing to help find the flavor of your dreams, and if they're out of what you're looking for, they'll let you know when it comes in! My Kreacher absolutely LOVES to come and visit his Miss Brandy, my daughters LOVE Destinee, and my husband and I love all of them, plus the deals we get going there. Gotta love that point system! Destinee is AMAZING. Most of the people there have to google flavors when I ask about them. No hate! I appreciate the effort and dedication to helping me find what I’m looking for 🖤 but Destinee ALWAYS knows the flavors or a very accurate guesstimate without looking them up. If she smells my vape she can tell what it is each time 😂

All the staff are very kind and helpful. If I ever have a question about a product they are very knowledgeable and never act like I'm wasting they're time. If they don't have what I'm looking for they suggest something else that is similar.
