Pretty good McDonald's. It is located off a highway so the fact that the shake machine is down often is due to location. But the service is always good.

The same service (excellent) all the time. Real good people.

On Sunday 2/25/2024, I went thru the drive through and the Manger on duty (SOPHIA) was very NASTY & UNPROFESSIONAL. My order was taken wrong and when I told them the total didn't match up, the Manager Sophia came and she had an attitude and gave me back my money and refuse to correct my order! I was SHOCKED! I told her I will let the District Manager know about this and she said she did not care! I have the APP and I spend my money here frequently and NEVER was I treated like this! She needs to be removed from serving the public and the employee that has the order wrong, they both had an attitude and I worked as a Manager in RETAIL for over 12 years and this is unacceptable! What happened to customer service! I am VERY disappointed with this and something have to be done about it!

They were extremely busy. The manager told us that most of the employees were new and still learning. He apologized for the wait. I appreciate that he didn't talk bad about them or blame them in any way. He simply explained that they were learning. We all know how hard it can be with new jobs and fast food especially.

Went to the one on Grafton St. in Worcester. Friendly and accurate service. The fries and chicken nuggets were hot and delicious! And they offered Coke Zero sugar, the one near us on Northborough does not!

the food is cheap and delicious. in my opinion you can't go wrong with anything on the menu so experimenting with food is not as risky. the service is fast and the restaurant is clean and looks nice. all around this is a great dining experience!

quick and efficient drive-thru, very clean parking lot exterior and service was perfect cheeseburger was the best I've had in a long while. great job team

There are several thousand locations of this gem of an eatery. Must have popped up overnight.
Anyhow you can drive in your car and get served food. Amazing .

What do you expect? Its a McDonalds you're not getting white glove treatment. Theres a young gentleman at this particular one who deserves a raise, promotion, or something. He is the ONLY reason i gave 5 stars, he owns 4 and 1/2 of them. While the world around him were consumed with theirselves while working. Being on phones, hiding from the drive thru window/ order here spots. Not a lot of smiling or positivity. Mind you theyre all working at mcdonalds so im not expecting them to be jumping for joy, that line of work can be so hard and i get that. When this young man turned to hand me my food he, smiled, doubled checked price and order, asked me to make sure a straw was in the bag for a drink, proper eye contact and just a great demeanor over all. I needed to ask his name, he said Chris. If anyone that can do anything about this i ask you to do so. Hes the hardest working one at the Grafton st one by the plaza. Seeing such drive, focus and zeal in a not so perfect atmosphere it would really be a shame to loose such leadership material. Thank you CHRIS for the outstanding service. I hope this sees your superiors and they act accordingly because you my friend deserve it for being that small light in a dark room. Hope ya go far good luck.

It's McDonald's......how can u go wrong. 😀 I'm don't eat fast food frequently so did notice a significant increase in prices but still worth it if ur craving it!

People were so nice and fast service. I had a very nice ice cream cone that wasn't child size! My friend had a shake and they added whip cream on the top.:)

Everything is fine but drive thru people should pay real attention what we say. I absolutely understand working conditions bc i’m in a restaurant job too. Thank you guys for hard work!

Typical McDonalds. Sometimes they're out of things, which I do not like, overall though...

The Grafton street McDonalds should be THE standard for how a McDonalds should produce. The fold is ALWAYS hot. The service is ALWAYS great and pleasant and my order is AWLAYS correct. Literally couldn’t be happier to write a review, and no I’m not paid, wasn’t asked and am just this happy with this place. Just outstanding.

It was a McDonald's. It was clean. They served me the food I ordered and it tasted as it should taste. The people working there were lovely. Five stars.
