I am 28 years old. I’ve been a patient here since I was born. Dr. Stone has always been my doctor and he’s great. I admire his real concern for his patients. Several years back, when I found out they had a new provider in the office who was a female, I decided to become her patient, for my female health and wellness. I’ve seen Dr. Drewid (Plyler) Poulos many times. Each time she showed concerned for my situation and attempted to do the right thing for me. Once, she did put me on two serious medications in which I did not need. The medicine had adverse effects on my heart. As soon as possible I made another appointment. I expressed my concern and disappointment. She immediately got my medicine right, set an appointment with a counselor/therapist and spoke with me for a while about my issue. She genuinely made me feel like she wanted to fix the problem. My only bit of advice is if you have something serious you need to discuss with your doctor, refuse the student intern that will be asked of you, so that you and your doctor can focus on why you are there. Great group of providers overall ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After years of being told my stomach condition was nothing serious by other doctors the Druid Plyler correctly diagnosed me. Turns out I had to have emergency surgery on New Years Eve.

Great doctors that are very knowledgeable. Great group I would recommend to everyone young and old.

Not only do they hang up the phone but won't return my call and can hardly ever get my husband nurse on the phone. Will be changing doctors. Someone who gives a damn

The appointment desk never answers the phone. The nurses themselves are great 👍 I don't really feel like the doctors go above and beyond but they get the job done . The wait time is ridiculous

Very long wait time-Ridiculous

Waited two hours for nothing left after waiting so long. Everyone acts like they hate their jobs and are so rude. I had a appointment and people that was walk-ins seeing the same doctor as me was seen and left before me. I didn’t even see the doctor I got so fed up with waiting. I will NEVER go back to this office again. Don’t even deserve that one star. Could go to ER and get seen and leave faster. What’s the point of having a and appointment if you still have to wait hours before seeing a doctor. Place needs better staff!! Only one I give credit to is Dr.Stone and his nurse. The best. Others need to change their ways or careers!!

This place is an absolute joke. The doctors or practitioners are only interested in billing insurance as much as possible. You have to go about 3 times for the same problem before you actually get results. I am disputing payments with my insurance company because I don’t feel like they should be paid I will also be contacting the medical board to see if they can possibly give me some clarification as to why this is happening. I am not a stupid person and don’t appreciate being treated as such. Get it together people these are lives you are toying with for financial gain it’s extremely offensive.

Abnormally long wait times, expect to wait an hour in the waiting room You fill out their paperwork online only to have to fill it out in person also. I had been coming here for years and they still can't pronounce names correctly. Front desk personnel is extremely unprofessional
