Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Took my wife and kids here for mother's day. It's been a long time since I've gotten excellent customers service. Seems in today's times, it's a thing of the past. Everywhere you go people are rude and don't want to deal with you. This was not the case with the wonderful staff at Red Robin. We were treated with kindness and a willingness to want to provide exceptional customer service. Thank you for a great mother's day meal. My wife and the mother of my kids had a wonderful time. You guys rock!

The restaurant layout is a little off, but the staff is very friendly and energetic. Our waitress gave great customer service which seems to be hard to find these days. The manager was nice and the food was cooked to perfection. Expect to pay $15-$20/burger.

This one pair of hostesses were next level amazing. We had a group of 22 out of town people come in(including myself) and even tho we waited almost an hour for a table, they were very entertaining and chill to jokes with. A cool manager even served us free sides on the house while we waited.

They ALL deserve a raise for working to the best of their abilities while being understaffed.

Food was delicious, came out pretty quickly in relation to our party size.

Would definitely visit Greeley again for Red Robin alone

First and foremost. Emma, the waitress is pretty incredible. She was patient and kind when my difficult kids were ordering. She answered all of my questions. Second. The appetizers were also pretty great. The onion ring tower was hot and fresh. I wasn't a huge fan of the campfire barbecue. But that's because I was expecting spicy and got sweet. We ordered the mozzarella twists, and they were also outstanding. For the main course I ordered the new madlove burger. My wife ordered the bacon fondue, and my daughter ordered the tsunami shrimp entree. My eldest son ordered the teriyaki chicken sandwich, and my youngest got the corn doggies. All of the food was pretty off the chain. The freckled lemonade, as always, was fantastic. Cogent have asked for a better experience

This place is really stepping up their game!!! If I could have given them 10 stars across board they deserve it! Wait staff was amazing, personable and actually seemed happy to be here! The GM came to our table out of the ones that was seated and personally greeted us and thanked us for coming in! He was even bussing tables! You can tell he is here to make this a great experience for you and your family!! Again I highly recommend this Red Robin!!!!

First time here was absolutely amazing I had the best experience ever... The food was perfect, the service, the drinks, just everything!!!

However we took family back a week later and let's just say if that was my first visit I would not have ever returned...(PRETTY SURE MY FAMILY WON'T:( ) Let's just say somebody in the kitchen cooked everything with grease/oil that was way to hot... The brussel sprouts that we spent $20 for 2 baskets of came out fried on the outside and raw on the inside, the French fries were so burnt no thank you on the bottomless, and just drinks didn't taste as good :(

Hopefully when I come here again it goes like the 1st time and not the 2nd...

Everyone deserves the best out of their experience, it is not cheap to eat out and it sucks to waste money on anything...

10/10 best service I have had in a long time. They are super patient with kids, never made us feel rushed, and always had smiles on their faces. Not one person looked like they hated their job! Not even the bus boy. Really says something!!

I'm gluten-free and have visited Red Robin in different western states. They're a safe bet for me and always a great burger AND service!
The one I visited in Greeley was no exception. They were at my car with my order with an umbrella and smile (it was getting stormy and had started to rain)....before I could even call to say I'd arrived!
Needed more ketchup, tho lol

Every time we come here, the staff waitresses, food, and hosts are amazing! They are so nice and check to make sure food, drinks and everything is OK. The food is brought to your table super fast, yet cooked perfectly! My husband and I go here about once a week and continue to go here! Thank you to all the staff!! We stopped in for dessert to go. Jose has the host and helped us with our order. He was so helpful and extremely professional!

Me and my 7yr old went out for our mommy and son dinner date and we had a voucher for a kids eat free so we went to red robins, and I am so happy we did, it was the best night we have had in a long time! The best part was the above and beyond friendliness and most amazing service we have ever received at any restaurant we've ever been to! Her name was Jesse and she was the sweetest, most attentive, kind, respectful, thorough, and all around joy to have had the pleasure of being served by. She got every detail of our order exact so our food was just the way we wanted it! She was on top of everything and we never had to ask or wait for any refills or any dishes to be taken off our table! It was absolute perfection! We will definitely be back as often as we can as a matter of fact that will probably be our spot for our mommy son date nights from now on! I will recommend it to anyone and everyone! Thanks Jesse!

When we visit Greeley we find ourselves hitting Red Robin for a tasty burger! Great variety. Bottomless fries are delish but the home chips are the stuff of fried dreams. No photos because we always devour too fast!

Super comfy. Very nice waitress who also very generous 😉. Nice and strong drinks😅🥳. Very clean. Amazing burger just the way I like. Prompt service never even went dry 😆. Best Red Robin around. Many thanks!

Had an awesome experience here last night. We showed up and there was a 20 min wait, we were sat in 5. Waitress was amazing very tentative and fast, the appetizers came quick and the burgers were amazing. The waitress checked up on us often and asked if we needed fries, refills, etc. Possibly one of my best experiences at a Red Robin.

Staff was amazing. Very friendly. One of the managers came out and spoke to us which was awesome. Food was incredible.

Served very good food and accommodate our large party. The waiter and waitress were quite the professionals.

The food is always great here! It is a little higher price but it's a nice treat. We can't go without their onion ring tower or one of the Whiskey River BBQ entrees! Every time we are there, the manager comes by to check on how everything is. That helps keep the staff, service, and quality 'top notch'!

Gluten free, Red Robin is always my safe place to eat while traveling, our server was amazing, our food was fresh and very hot,, you can't get any better than that..
