Jack was phenomenal! He helped me with a few issues I had. His kindness and professionalism is to be admired! He went above and beyond and he is a great asset to Verizon Customer Service!

My business representative Chris did a great job yesterday of transitioning me to a new phone and helping to sync it with my car. Could not have had a better experience.

Elizabeth was absolutely AMAZING in helping me get a new phone. I called her a week before I physically came into the store, and from the first time speaking with her she was attentive, kind, and incredibly helpful. I wanted to get a new phone due to battery issues and storage problems, and she was willing to help work with me and help me figure out how to get a pre upgrade for an affordable price. We exchanged calls before I ever walked into the store, and she was incredibly kind and patient with me. Getting a new phone can sometimes be a bit of a hassle and cause stress, but Elizabeth was extremely helpful and even expedited the process with me. When I walked in the store, I was out with my new phone in less than an hour. Highly recommend this Verizon store if you are looking to get a phone, as well as working with Elizabeth or any other of the lovely staff at this location. They will get the job done quick, efficiently and with kindness. Thank you Elizabeth for a lovely experience, and to the other members of the team for making my experience stress-free and enjoyable. :)

We have visited this store three times over the past two weeks. Christian has helped us each time for different things, and he fixed all of our issues on both my husband’s phone and mine. I can’t say how nice it is to be treated with respect and consideration. I recommend Verizon in New Canaan very highly.

Fantastic service! I live in town and had an awful experience a couple of years ago which made me go to another store. Christian was very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable along with all of the other staff. Highly recommend.

I have never written a Google review. Ever. But I was so overwhelmed with the positive experience I had with Christian in the Verizon store in New Canaan that I was compelled to write him a review. We transferred our family plan from T Mobile to Verizon. There are 7 family members on our plan. We were not all together at once, but he managed the process flawlessly. He even arrived early one morning to open the store and work me through my onboarding so that I could get to work on time. He went above and beyond and was patient, professional and genuinely a nice guy throughout the process. And compared to the corresponding experience I had with T Mobile customer reps, it wasn't even close. Christian is a superstar and Verizon New Canaan and the New Canaan community is lucky to have him!
