My daughter & I went in to renew her license this morning she’s turning 21. Sandy waited on us & she was so pleasant & helpful. She smiled, was very compassionate & just an all around beautiful person. You stand out in this world in a good way Sandy. Keep doing a wonderful job & being so kind. You truly made our day. Walked in and got immediately served. Very nice friendly clerk. Got both vehicles registration and renewed my driving license. Over all in and out very quickly. My clerk was amazing!!!

I just want to say that the workers at this DMV were absolutely amazing. The woman who assisted me with my 97 year old Mother was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond in assisting me with her. I would not have been able to do it without her. Thanks so much for all of your help and kindness! 😊

I love their number system to call you when it is their time. I was happy as they kept a nice tone as I was missing info. They mentioned to me what to do and how to get there. I came back and no line wait again. Nice place and masks are still required. I went to title bureau and no numbers and fast service. I was done in under 5 minutes.

They did a great job of making the visit short. All social distancing and mask protocols were followed and I also saw frequently touched things being wiped down after each customer. Very reassuring!

Honestly, I think the employees here are lovely. I do a good bit of title and registration work and always have a smooth experience. They don't take any flack, but if your ducks are in a row you can expect smooth sailing. Also, I've often called ahead and gotten good information that has helped me prep my documents prior to arriving!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was able to convert my out of state Licenses and Registrations pretty quickly and efficiently. Plus, they are very friendly. Compared to Upstate New York where it feels like you walk into fiery pit of awfulness with mean staff at the DMV, this little Ohio one is by far the best.

They do their utmost to take care of customers quickly to have you in and out. Let's be honest no one wants to spend an hour or even 30 mins at the BMV. On top of that the staff is very polite and knowledgeable.

Quick and kind people at the Jefferson branch. They took care of everything, including a call to Columbus to fix a problem for me!

Our first experience at Jefferson BMV was a very good one especially with us being from out of state and not familiar with the Ohio system of licensing, titling, and registration. Theresa worked for us and was very helpful, patient, and courteous. The rest of the staff was very helpful and friendly also. Our next trip back won't be with dread from negative reviews! People have bad days (staff and customers) and a lot of folks only write negative reviews and not good ones. We're glad to be able to write a positive review.

BMV stands for Best Motor Vehicles. A Saturday near the first of the month so you know they were slammed with people needing one thing or another, and it was the best wait I've ever had to wait. They have you sign in and get a number and tell you about how long it will be. So then I ran couple other errands and right about the time they said it would be, I received a text to come back in and I was the second number they called up. I was in and out in about 10 minutes with the help of Debbie(Go Browns). Thank you to everyone there today for the flawless service at the B.(best)M.V.

The best DMV I have ever been to. Run orderly and no mistakes. I went in at lunch time and was out in 10 minutes. Please don't tell anyone...or everyone else will go there and make it too busy. LOL

Long line but 4 Windows open plus one person giving numbers out and going out to the hall and outside to call the next number being served so the line was moving as quick as possible. It all depends on what each person needs to have done.
