Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Such a fun place! I brought two 12-year-old girls and they both had a blast. There wasn't anything that they didn't like. The entire place was clean and everyone there was super friendly. We came for the first time today but I signed up for a membership before we left. We plan on going at least a couple times a week.

Took my grandson and his friends. They spent 4 hours here and were wore out from laughing and having fun!!! It's a must for kids and adults alike.

My daughter had her birthday party here today. It was great! There is so much to do and the party host was very attentive to our needs. It was so easy! The kids had a blast and loved the bumper cars. It was so much fun!! The only thing I wish they had is a counter/gate at front for younger kids for safety. We were all watching the kids and walking around, but they can be out of sight in no time. The 7 and under play area is close to the front door.

My husband found this place for our son's 4th birthday and he had a blast. My husband also got a subscription where he or I can take him and he can jump unlimited and get a free pizza and drink everytime. There so much to do here. I seen grown adults playing laser tag. It's something to for the entire family literally.

It was PACKED not a parking spot to be found but, the kids had an absolute BLAST! There's so much to do that even with so many people there, it still doesn't feel over crowded. There's something for everyone too no matter the age which makes it perfect for families of multiples.

Came here for the 1st time today to celebrate my oldest son's birthday. I have 6 children and there was plenty to do to keep everyone busy. The only downside is that the two seater bumper cars weren't available. I have 2 younger ones with unlimited passes and they weren't able to participate.

This was so much fun for the kids and we will definitely be back! We did the Platinum pass and my kids are big enough to do everything so I can't say what it would be like with different options or smaller kids. Part of what made it a fantastic experience was the staff. One young gentleman, Amari, was harnessing the kids - he was so kind and patient with all the wild kids and very attentive to keeping them safe. Another staff member, Anna, was handling so many things at once and doing it so professionally. They just really stood out and made it even better.

This is the best place to bring your kids!! They have something for everyone. Our 10 yr old has a membership and we come here often. The best reason is the staff... the Manager (Anna) and the assistant managers are amazing... and every single person on staff has been polite, friendly, and very helpful. They have the best staff of any similar place in Huntsville!

Love this place. A lot of attractions for the kids and actually a good workout for adults. The staff is very attentive and the memberships are such a great value.

Damarilys greeted us at the counter. She was so kind and Loving and so supportive. The customer service goes above and beyond. I’ve NEVER had such an Amazing experience. I’ve been to Shakalaka Altitude ect. the girls are EXCEPTIONAL. We have a membership but the birthday was over the top

We went to see the birthday party options tonight and Michelle was so helpful and kind even though we got there nearly at closing time. She gave us a full tour and explained the packages. She was awesome!

Had an absolute blast at this place. Damarilys Roman was the absolute best, very personable and answered all my questions, she’s the example of great customer service. I’ll be back solely based on her performance. A+ service! 🇵🇷

One of the newest indoor air centers in North Alabama. It's really a disservice to call it only a "trampoline park" because jump surfaces are less than half of what is available. Ropes course, high point style climbing walls, sky coaster, bumper cars round out the other activities.
If you and the family have gotten bored with the "usual" parks, definitely check this place out!

Malik at the front counter was very helpful and friendly. Great costumer service! You have to come at the right time of the day to avoid the crowd. So much fun to be had here, Alexis at the food counter was great and very friendly.

Very fun place! Very entertaining and if you come you are guaranteed to have a good time. Also amazing for children

Was awesome and very clean. Very new still. Smaller jump area than some of the other jump parks but still very cool. My 5 year old LOVED it. Great price for all day and you can come and go as you please. Will definitely be back.. make sure you get there early. It gets super busy by lunch on the weekends.

Tae whom was working the wall climb on 6/16/24 was very patient and kind to my daughter . He helped encourage her and taught her how jump and how to do the climbing all the way up ! Thank you Tae !!!! She is now not afraid !

This place is AWESOME! My 10 year old and 7 year old had a blast. The staff was so friendly. Everything was clean and in working order. The chairs and hang space for the adults was really nice too! We will definitely be back!
