The company I work for in NY, was in a bind to get our clients product picked up in KY from 1 location to take to another location. Theo was amazing. Exceptional service! Theo was a real blessing for us. My sister, who was in a bad car accident and hospitalized, lost her glasses in the accident. None of our family live in Ky so I called On Time Delivery. Theo, the owner, personally took on picking up the new pair of glasses we ordered and then taking them to her in the hospital! My horse near Louisville needed medicine from Rood & Riddle pharmacy in Lexington.
They were totally engaged in helping.
I do not live in Kentucky.
Not only did the medication get picked up before the pharmacy closed on a holiday weekend, the dispatcher kept me posted when it was picked up and when the driver was 7 minutes from the barn destination.
The first dose was administered within 2 hours of my call!!! Exemplary Service. Professional.
