Wendy's

This is by far my favorite Wendy’s location. I don’t know who has been running this location since around 2018/2019 to now but they are doing a great job. I use to live in the area and still currently work nearby and every employee I’ve ever talked to is so nice and polite the service is extremely fast for a fast food drive thru. I usually prefer to come here for lunch because they are even quicker than chick fila. Fast and good service is hard to come by so I definitely appreciate this location.

Hands down the best Wendy’s in Louisville! Manger is super nice and the food is ALWAYS fresh! Great job to everyone that works there.

Best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.
I just go through the drive-through, but for some reason, Im always impressed with the speed is service, how fresh—and “cooked just right”— the food is.

I’ve never been compelled to leave a review at a fast food joint, but the owner and staff here deserve some kudos.

I love Wendy’s but they need to update their app so we can choose if we want Ice in our drinks because they be putting too much ice like we literally paying for ice only

Decided to come inside since the drive thru line was 15 cars long, was greeted by Dionte who was super friendly, polite, and got us our food super quick during a clearly busy period! Listened to him wish everyone a good one as they would leave the store. Employees like him make fast food so much more enjoyable!! The food was fresh the service was 5 star, Dionte you are awesome man

I can tell that the kids were new, but they were excellent worker. They forgot about my sauces I ate my fries dry but fries was really hot and fresh I didn’t even think about the sauce at that moment. I’m just proud of them how they were busy and still smiling and nice. It’s one of the best Wendy’s I ever order ❤

Food was hot and the order was correct. No negative experiences but the prices have went up.

Modesto is what makes me come back again and again. He is always so pleasant and always makes our visits so enjoyable!

I think the staff is very friendly! Even when they are busy they give great customer service to their patrons. I come here often for breakfast, and enjoy the inviting friendliness that the staff give me each time. I am always worried about getting out of this location because it is next to a VERY busy intersection, but it does not seem to take much time at all to get back out on the roads from here.

I had lost all faith in Wendy's recently. This restaurant however has restored my hope in the brand. This is seriously the cleanest Wendy's in a 50 mile radius. The staff was very friendly and my food was ready before I even finished filling my drink. Great job!

I absolutely love this Wendy's. Food always hot & tasty workers are friendly all around great atmosphere. I love dining in with my family the music is a bonus! Thanks to all the employees across from Oxmoor you guys keep being great!

I hope Wendy's can keep pace with other fast food brands. I would hate to have a day when it is no longer available. As an Ohio born boy, I had Wendys often growing up. The Frosty is delicous, and the new flavors dont disappoint. Fries are always salty and delicous. Burgers are second to none, always fresh! Lastly, they have good salad options, and many other fast food places dont have that. Lastly, lastly i also love their breakfast, closest thing to homemade!!! 😋

Cars wrapped around the building didn't reduce the quality of customer service.

The order taker was extremely patient on our specific drink order. He kept on listening until he fully understood even though there was a bit of a language barrier. This guy was awesome.

They messed up my burger 3 times in a row. I ordered a plain double with cheese and they just couldn't do it. I asked 3 times! They attempted to fix but now i only have sadness…and no burger… i have no belief that anyone in there could take 3 simple ingredients (cheese,patty,and bun) and just give me that, instead of someone else's order twice after you messed up the first one. At least they were nice…the service was good…i will not return because my hunger was not satisfied😫🫠

Felt a little weird leaving a review for a fast food restaurant, but this one deserves it. This Wendy’s is by far the best in the city. The manager, Modesto (check out his sign on the fence behind the building), is almost always there, working alongside his staff and always greets drive-thru customers with, “hello, welcome to my Wendy’s.” It’s clear he takes pride in his store and it shows with the service. It’s always quick, the orders are always correct, and they NEVER forget straws or napkins!

I am handicapped and my left hand doesn't grip. I ask for the order to be set on my car door window so I can grab the drinks and meal with both hands. The servers are so sweet. They make sure to hold drinks on my car window until I have a firm grip. Extra effort great service. Thank you so much. K. R.
