I normally go to this one since it is close by
. The staff there is always very polite and friendly. There is never a long wait in line. So you can be in and out very quickly.

Truly some of the most insufferable individuals I’ve ever had the misfortune of interacting with works here. Especially the middle-aged man who looks like he needs a golf cart just to get him out of bed. Zero manners. Zero courtesy. Zero greetings. How are these absolute degenerates still employed at this establishment? I will do everything in my power to get them fired for misconduct and putting the USPS name for absolute shame. Treat your customers better you insufferable troglodytes.

Every single employee who works at this location is an expert in rude customer service. They act like they’re untouchable and every word or move they make is condescending. Our mail man is another story. He shows up drunk first thing in the morning after the 2022 blizzard and starts shouting obscenities at me coz we haven’t cleared the path for him yet.
Did I mention they close on Saturdays?

Customer service poor, especially the middle aged guy, discourteous and condescending, that's why I now go to South Braintree where I don't get nasty looks from the staff...
