Great roadside ice cream place. Friendly staff. Never too long of a wait even when it's busy. Great ice cream. Great choices

Perfect spot on your way to the Cape. Grab a treat to make the ride (and sometimes traffic) easier. Very convenient/close to Rte 3 but tiny parking and difficult to get in/out. The DQ is all outside and the old design (walk-up windows). Staff is nice and quick. Ice cream (ice milk) is not too heavy and perfect to pick at during the next hour+ of driving. Make the kids and everyone a little happier. No cones in the car. A blizzard is less mess and easier to nibble slowly.

Okay so this is an old fashioned DQ just ice cream opened seasonally and features new crazy blizzard flavors. Every time I go I get overwhelmed with my kids figuring what to order and I settle for a cup or sundae. What I should try is the NY cheesecake blizzard or the Oreo Brownie blizzard however I just simply keep forgetting. Also they are very nice and helpful when my kids need more napkins as they get messy.

absolutely love this Dairy Queen! my favorite thing to get is a blizzard with brownie pieces in it & the cotton candy blizzard is amazing too! but everything that they have is delicious & a great treat for a hot summer day!!

The best! Real DQ. several DQs seem to be diluting the corp ice cream to save money, sadly they dilute flavor too. Not this one, wow both the ice cream and chocolate dip were best ive had in years.

Friendly service. Even on a rainy Sunday night it was busy. Three windows were in use and they each had a consistent line for the 15 minutes I was there. I ordered the Oreo blizzard and it was delicious!

Tonight my daughter and I , went to Friendlys for dinner……..It was absolutely horrible!!! Mind you w the intentions of getting the “Friendlys ice cream” after our meal! That certainly wasn’t happening after not only our awful svc but also our meal was about as good for the trash can! After going out w the intention for great ice cream after (esp our LOUSY MEAL) , I thought, I’ve had Dairy Queen , Weymouth a few times this summer and it was absolutely DELICIOUS! So I decided that’s where we were headed after leading Friendlys! After arriving, Sarah absolutely deserves to be recognized because she went all out for me!! My craving for ice cream is about to be satisfied and again, Sarah was absolutely amazing!! Sarah deserves for sure, to be recognized for the ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SVC AND WITH A BIG SMILE WHILE WAITING ON ME!!!!! Thanks SO MUCH Sarah!!!!! Much Appreciated!!!!!!! We will be back for sure sooner than later!

Classic DQ ice cream like we all remember. Tasted just like when I was younger. This place doesn't serve the hot items (burgers, hot dogs, etc). Very friendly and quick staff. But be prepared for a bit of a wait because so many people have the same idea as you!

Only place ro get an Orange Julius. Cannot get it fom Quincy. I live in Quincy and very grateful for this location. Easy to get to. Fast and courteous staff. Was there yesterday and the very kind lady who made my drink asked me to be sure it tasted right. Spot on service. It was just how it was supposed to taste. You guys ROCK!!!!!

Their ice creams are really good. Went to the treat store where the choice is slightly limited but loved the Choco brownie extreme blizzard and the turtle pecan cluster.

Best place in the world... when me and my family lived down the street. We would walk there and get a ice cream or blizzard or sundae

I called Dairy Queen because the one in Abington closes at 9:30 so I missed it so I called the weymouth store (open til 10)and told them I wouldn't be there till about 9:58, they took my order and had it ready for me when I pulled up!! they were so kind!!!

This Dairy Queen is only open for part of the year, you have to wait in line outside in the heat/cold, and its menu is limited to the desserts rather than the full restaurant menu that many DQ locations have now. And yet, Weymouth would not have it any other way. I know people who express disappointment when Dairy Queen closes each winter, but then refuse to drive to the year-round location in the next town over because it's not a "real Dairy Queen" or something. I must admit that it does feel great when you drive by in March when there's still snow on the ground, but you see a line at DQ and thus know that Spring is on its way. And really, the ice cream is still delicious, so do the rest of those details really matter?

If waiting in line outside bothers you or you want some delicious ice cream in mid-December, this place is probably not for you, but otherwise, have fun!

Dairy Queen is the paradise for ice cream lovers. The options are endless, between their legendary blizzards (mcflurries are a pale imitation), the irresistible sundays (caramel, please) and other banana splits.
For tourists visiting the US, DQ has a 1960s vibe to it, between the brand, the products they serve and the experience itself.
A very American experience I would definitely recommend!
